Sweet and neat, Gull’s Nest House puts you in a convenient location to experience Cannon Beach—just one block from the beach and three blocks from downtown shopping and dining. Clean and open, it’s a terrific launchpad for your North Coast adventures. Walk right out the door toward the beach access—views of Haystack Rock and miles of shoreline will greet you. Walk north up the block and shops, galleries, a bookstore and all kinds of food options will begin to appear. You’ll be happy to curl up next to the electric fire and watch TV in the living/dining room after a day of adventuring. The compact but fully equipped kitchen gives you options for dining in; you can also use the charcoal grill on the little fenced porch out front. Three sleeping spaces let you invite a friend or two on your trip to Cannon Beach. A quick car ride takes you to bustling Seaside or maritime Astoria; drive south to loads of hiking and secluded beach exploration. Have friends or family joining you? You can invite another couple to book Gull’s Nest Cottage right next door. You’ll love being so close to everything you come to Cannon Beach to enjoy!

Great place for a girls get away! Very comfortable and roomy! Well maintained and close to restaurants and stores and the beach!! We were very pleased. The only thing we didn’t like was checking out at 10 AM!

Very nice home and neighborhood. Clean and perfect location. You can walk to the beach or walk into town and shop. Also a beautiful drive to Multnomah falls.

The location was perfect for our visit. I will say the home was a little beat up inside and not particularly well stocked in the kitchen. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Location location location! We were close and within walking distance to everything we wanted. The house was adequately stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, someone was in the house when we arrived to check in. The property management company were able to rectify this situation, but it resulted in several hours of delay in getting in. Either way, I would recommend this house to those looking to stay in Cannon Beach.

This home was more than we expected! We could easily walk to the beach, Haystack Rock is to the left on the beach, within a 15 minute stroll. Coffee and shopping and nice dining options are easily within walking distance to the left facing the beach. Important for our group because we had one gal with foot trouble. We were able to take short jaunts on foot and chose to drive the 5 minutes to downtown Cannon Beach proper. The house was clean, 3 bedrooms available- though the bunkbeds were not ideal for 65 year-olds so we took advantage of the comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms are spacious and updated and great. The kitchen is roomy and has the bare basics- bring your own sugar and coffee filters! (Basket type).We would return to this home

Ants all over the table, chairs and floor in the great room and entry. Bugs and other insects in every light fixture. Dust webs in the corners and behind furniture. Q-tip and other gunk under towel shelf in one bathroom; razor or eyelash tool and other unidentified items under the vanity in the other bathroom. One bed appeared not to have been changed, the other bedroom had odor issues. Prior occupant’s ice pac in the freezer. The place was in desperate need of “deep” cleaning. Ignored pleadings for maintenance (bugs, insects) and cleaning issues. Though “ML” has repeatedly stated that “conditions expressed clearly did not reflect their standards”, they have yet to recognize accountability and lack of communication.

We were a short walk from the beach and the shops. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of supplies such as towels and bedding. Weather wasn’t great but we still had a wonderful time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great, just wish the house was warmer when we walked in .Thermostat is set at 55 degrees. In addition, wish we could have checked in around 3 instead of 4 pm. Otherwise great house, great location. Would recommend.
