We had a wonderful stay! Spring was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The condo was in pristine condition, exactly as shown in the photos, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the little touches—like decorative lights in the bedroom, enough coffee for each day of our stay, and the amazing fireplace! The location is the best in the complex, with beautiful views of the promenade, Tillamook Head, and the coast. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

This unit is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in! Easy to find, gracious hosts, convenient parking, with keyless entry into a luxury apartment with spectacular views.

Great beach escape!

We loved the location, it’s an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo is wonderfully equipped. There is everything you could possibly need or want. The views are excellent! Communication was great; all in all a 5 star beach getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
