Beautiful suite. King bed comfy. Suite could use a deep clean especially the bathroom and fridge freezer. Was lacking on amenities but the manager dropped some items off! Also children upstairs were loud in the morning.

Super easy access, close to airport and cross iron mills. Very modern, clean facility with lots of amenities. Comfortable beds but would have enjoyed more linens. Quiet, warm and homey! Would definitely stay again.

The property owner was very kind and cooperative. The facility was clean and tidy. The bed rooms are quite comfortable and cozy. The TV lounge is equipped with all necessary gadgets for elders and kids. The location was also marvelous. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend for a family of 4.

We stated 4 night and it was a cute quiet location. The host was readily available totally accommodating hundred percent clean great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet but also active. We saw a lot of people having fun and just living their daily life outside. I would highly recommend this location if you just enjoy a safe secure surroundings with a lot of dining options and the ability to drive five minutes and get food, toiletries basically anything you need. The house communicated effectively whenever I had a question and we were received well. Comfort comfort accessibility love it 10/10 wound stay there again.

The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were all very well cleaned, so we felt very comfortable and reassured. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We briefly met our host, he was friendly and welcoming. I have only two thoughts on improvements to the suite:a) possibly turn the water heat down a notch. I love lots of hot water as a rule, but we all kept being unexpectedly scalded when washing/doing dishes. It could be a safety issue with small children.b) possibly replace the synthetic sheets with cotton, as the poly-blends are rarely as skin friendly, with more static and slippery feeling, less breathability. We'd certainly be happy to stay again, we would just bring our own sheets for comfort. Thank you,Dinah

The unit was conveniently located close to where we were headed. The size of the unit was just right for a small family, however, it seemed like there was someone living in the unit before we arrived. The bathroom was not clean. We had to scrub the shower floor to get rid of some of the gunk that was visible. There were other areas such as kitchen sink that were not very clean. There was also not enough utensils to use which was really frustrating. Overall it was budget friendly stay, I do recommend a bit more effort cleaning the unit before having guests over.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. There were no top sheets. I doubt that the top comforter/bedspread is washed after each guest. That isn't acceptable hygiene. One bedroom had no clothes rod in it so nothing could be hung up. There were 3 coffee pods , 2 of which were flavoured which no-one in our family likes. Perhaps there could be a couple more pods? Thank you for the opportunity to review.

Be aware this apartment is the basement of a privately owned house with only one small window at the very top of one bedroom wall. The apartment is beautifully decorated; it is located near the airport; and the price is attractive. BUT...This was the most uncomfortable stay we had on our entire two-week road trip - which included staying in rustic cabins.Although there is a thermostat in the apartment, I don't think the renter has control of it. It registered 71 F (22 C) when we arrived but soon reached 76 F (24 C) and did not respond to our attempts to lower the temperature. After leaving a message for the owner, he was able to reduce the temperature remotely, which leads me to believe we had no control over the thermostat.And, lastly, we travel a lot and stay in a lot of VRBOs. This was, by far, the dirtiest VRBO we have ever rented. Reference Photo #1 - there were hair and crumbs in the bottom of the freezer.Reference Photo #2 - there were hair and crumbs found in most of the kitchen cabinets.Reference Photo #3 - there were dried splatters and sesame seeds in the microwave.Although I failed to get a photograph, the base of the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned in months.Things were so dirty, we felt we had to wash every glass, plate, bowl and pan before we could use it.

Hi Regina, Thanks for your review. It’s unfortunate that you are not being fair and sincere with your comments. Every basement here has thermostats that you have full control over. You never told me that you couldn’t control it. You call me when I was in a meeting at work and the moment I returned, I came to check on you but couldn’t come in because you said you were busy. You later called to confirm to me that everything is alright now. I actually don’t know if you are mistaken my guest suite for another. Please do not mislead the public with false narratives. The suite is a 2 bedroom with 2 large windows (60 by 24 in). It is clear in the pictures on my profile. The apartment is new and clean. That you see a crumb or hair which I doubt, does not make it a dirty suite. Thank God you said it’s well beautifully decorated. How come a well beautifully decorated suite is the dirtiest? I will not dwell much on that though. Check previous reviews and correlate it with your comment. I have hosted guest before and after your stay with give feedbacks. Thank you so much for your feedback, even though i did not agree with you. i’ll communicate your feedback to the suite cleaner and will inspect the suite myself. Thank you anyway for your stay.
