- There is an optional pool heat fee of $50/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). All temperature and jet settings are managed remotely by the owner. The pool is set to a baseline of 82 degrees, but adjustments for a cooler pool or a warmer hot tub and jet activation can be made upon request via text message
- Paying for pool heat also includes heating the hot tub, since the pool and hot tub share the same heater
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is by the front door facing the front entryway. Camera 2 is at the back-right exterior of the house facing the front of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
