Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The house worked really great for our group of 8 and we appreciated how helpful and responsive our contact was. Our children really enjoyed the upstairs extended room with all the floor space. We would be happy to stay here in on potential future trips!

The host was kind and open. He fixed an air conditioner on the first floor because Tacoma was unusually hot. The upstairs room had AC. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with clean towels. The kitchen had all the expected utensils and appliances. The pillows in one of the rooms was old and smelled. They need to be changed. The WiFi was reliable and the entertainment system had access to many programs.

Im currently on the property... The house was in horrible condition no central air,molding smell one bed room while other beds are near the eating area ,my wife has a medical condition and without a cooling system it unexceptable

The homeowner has read your comments and would like to clarify the following: - Our listing clearly notes that the property does not include central air, so our guests are aware before they confirm their reservation. That said, we’ve since added an A/C unit in the main bedroom and are continuing to improve by adding more fans and cooling options. - You arrived before check-in time while our cleaning team was still preparing the home, which may have contributed to any unusual odors; however, we’ve not received similar feedback from previous guests. - Although you ultimately chose not to stay, we provided water, offered support, and issued a full refund to ensure you were accommodated as best as possible. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us enhance the guest experience.

The floor was dirty. Old dirty socks under a bed. Fridge has someone else’s food in it, the cake I put in there as it needed to be put in fridge, I took a picture. Oven On light on and nothing was turned on. Mold growing in the bathroom, again I have a picture. 2 rooms has no air conditioner. Trash outside all over. Says there is room for four cars yet there was another vehicle parked there. One door is an accordion door and it’s falling apart.

It was a nice stay and it worked for our family. Great freeway access. The house was hot but the fans helped. The walls and such were dirty. Maybe a new paint job with a satin finish so you can wipe them down.

I was writing the most articulate review possible to dissuade anyone from staying at this nightmare of a Vrbo but there’s a 1500 character limit I hit on the first area alone, so now I’ll be bulletpointing everything I can. Don’t worry I still have the photos and videos timstamped proving everything…Heavy Smell of human excrement outsideInside the kitchen was a filthy sink and countertop and moldy sponges.All glasses and dishes were disgustingly dirty with no way to clean effectively (no dish soap) Unattended Lit candles in EVERY room, some so strong I couldn’t enter the room the entire stayThe dishwasher had pineapple and other trash coating the bottom. Like an inexcusable amount. No dish soap in the house, no hand soap ANYWHEREKids underwear behind the 1st floor toiletCigar wrapper above the medicine cabinet (non smoking property)Showers and tubs in both bathrooms not cleaned, hair in the basin as well as caulk and glue in the master shower Walls were coated in dirt, an orange substance like sauce, and fecal material in the wall of the master bathroomCarpets were never cleaned. The amount of dirt and garbage on the stairs leads me to believe they’ve never been cleanedDirty toilet paper in master bathroomRandom KNIFE in the master bedroom on top of the ACBugs in window sillsCockroaches in master bedroomNo functioning vent in master bedroomVent in 1st floor bathroom is covered in dirt.character limit.
