We absolutely LOVED Emily’s property! Leading up to the stay, she was very communicative and helpful! Once we arrived, we really liked how spotless the place was. The bathroom had everything basic soap/product you would need during a stay! That was extremely useful! Also, she had the kitchen stocked with toddler utensils and plates/cups for our little one! The best surprise was an ottoman/bench full of toys which our kid loved-especially since we packed light in that department! It was a nice feature to this property! Loved and enjoyed our stay! One of the best we had EVER!

We had a really lovely stay. This home was clean and well appointed and had everything we needed to stay a few days in the Seattle area. It's a bit removed from downtown, but it's not a difficult drive to get to wherever you need to go. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this location! House is conveniently close to so many shops and grocery stores. Also very close to the freeways and other connecting streets. We really loved our time here. Our favorite was the family/game room. Our boys were able to play while my husband and I were able to relax. Thank you for everything Emily!

The property was clean and well appointed, exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and was located between our nephew’s house up in Kirkland and a bird sanctuary in Olympia that our daughter wanted to take us to. Best of all, it was very near SeaTac and made our early morning flight back to the East Coast easy.We enjoyed the Mexican and Asian food in the neighborhood. We really appreciated the ease of check out (especially at 6:30AM). Thx so much to the owner! We would stay here again if in the area.

Great communication! We enjoyed our stay and Would definitely return to this property. It was very well stocked with everything you would need. Beds very comfy. Super convenient location. We were at an event at the aquatic center in fair play and thought this was very convenient to venue. We had 5 adults but two grown kids shared the twin room. Enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood.

Sweet stay

Stayed with our family for a wedding in the area. The house was super clean, the amenities amazing (so many towels! hugely helpful) and a wonderfully kind owner willing to drop off activities for the kids, etc.

Wonderful house!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Federal Way. It was very clean and has a game room with foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and pool. There were a lot of nice touches, like plenty of towels, stocked coffee pods and creamers, lots of body wash and shampoo, etc. The location is fantastic - very close to a plethora of restaurants and stores, and only 20 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended!

Worked well for us.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the best stock of tools and appliances of any VRBO we have ever rented. It is a little noisy due to being on the SeaTac flight path and backing up to a busy road, and the furnace is also very loud. We could have used an extra blanket not already on a bed. The house worked well for us and I would stay there again given the same circumstances. Just an aside, we had occasion to use the hospital for a one night stay and there is one pretty close.

Cute place and great host

The place is very cute! The beds were well made and clean. The fire pit was out of propane and they were out of charcoal when we arrived but Emily was in great communication and got us propane the next day and took care of the charcoal. I recommend and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Great stay!

Emily is a fantastic host- very responsive and excellent with communication. We didn't end up traveling with a pet and she had no problem reversing the charge. Home has been recently updated- has modern finishes and decor. Great for a short or longer stay. Would 100% book this home again!

Nice home for 5 adults, stayed 8 nights. Beds comfortable. Electricity in the half bath would have been nice to do hair etc. given 5 people. Overall good experience though.

Thoughtful Renovation

We have a restful and wonderful stay. The renovation was stylish and soothing. The neutral colors of the tile and countertops to the light gray colored wood laminate floors made the experience just right. Plush towels and bed linens made things cozy. Care is in the details. We will be back when we are in the area again. Well done.

Great place!

Clean, organized and comfortable. The a/c unit was much appreciated! Backyard patio was lovely for winding down after a day of playing at Dash Point State Park. The only down parts was the planes flying overhead every 5 minutes and the ice tray. Bring ice. That tray is impossible. I'd totally come here again!

Great Stay

My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting my daughter at JBLM. We brought our dog along, and I truly appreciated finding a pet-friendly property with a fenced-in backyard. There was also a dog bed and feeding dishes provided. The house was as pictured and very clean. There were plenty of towels, paper products, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plates, cups, and pans. We especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and tea provided.The garage had been converted into a game room with a pool table and another TV. We found the location to be in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks, and although it’s in a residential area, it’s still very convenient to major roads shopping and various restaurants. We also enjoyed being close to the Bonsai Museum and Dash State Park.The owners were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Emily made sure the lights were on for us when we arrived late at night and offered a window of flexibility with arrival and check-out times, which was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Best stocked VRBO ever!

Overall, this property was great! Pros - Communication with hostess Emily was incredible and she even worked to accommodate a slightly earlier checkin. This place is super stocked with more than enough of everything, incl small items that aren’t necessary but very helpful: paper towels, TP, soap, shampoo, appliances, tea/keurig pods, ziplocks, chip clips, towels, blankets, hangers, drawers, makeup mirror, dryer sheets, etc. Lots of space! Game room - huge tv - back patio. We didn’t use these items, they would provide great options for a bigger family to spread out. Beds - super comfy! Perfect for side or back sleepers. Neighborhood - Surrounding houses looked well kept and we felt very safe. Location - while only 20 miles from downtown Seattle, could take anywhere from 30-60 mins to drive bc of traffic BUT there are several routes into the city and we never had a problem getting to timed events. Cons (these are all minor and wouldn’t stop us from returning):AC - standalone unit in living room only. While it worked extremely well, it took a while to go into bedrooms and we had to keep doors open. Opening windows at night wasn’t an option bc of loud planes flying over. We looked but couldn’t find any fans in the property but this would have made a huge difference so maybe a good thought for future..? Bathroom door squeaks loudly - minor problem, easy fix.Ice tray - as another reviewer said, this was impossible. We just bought ice. Would def stay again! Thx Emily!
