Clean rooms! The beds are just super comfortable! I almost didn’t leave the property! Owner was proactive in reaching out before I arrived to check if I had any questions about the check-in and out process! This will be my preferred property of choice from now on !

We really enjoyed our visit. The house is nice & spacious. It could use somethings in the backyard to do and deck needs a really good cleaning/sweeping and they could use updated pillows. Other than that, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - nice set up. Great location to things to do downtown - within 10 - 15 minutes.

Well appointed kitchen and laundry area. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows very flat. There were a couple of roaches and someone was sent out to treat the inside and outside. I requested a partial refund due to one of the showers not being operational but never received a response.

The house is large with plenty of room for our big group. It’s in a nice area, and some of us even took a walk around the neighborhood. Close to attractions and restaurants. There were a few issues with the house, but the host was easy to communicate with and did his best to quickly set things right. Seating is a bit of a challenge for a large group with only 4 chairs in the dining room. Had to pull the living room stools in to use. Also, there were only 4 forks. Lots of other silverware, but only 4 forks. Overall, we had a good trip.

Spacious and clean

I loved that my whole family was able to stay in one place. Plenty of room in each of the bedrooms. Everything was functional and everything that we needed was available.

Overall nice accomodations

I spoke to the owner about a few issues and he was very accomodating in addressing the issues. All towels need to be replaced and plastic covers need to be removed from mattresses. The master bath shower was not operable however the listing did not state this. The owner comped me appropriately for this. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. The house was comfortable. I would stay again with this owner as he was easily accessible and very accomodating.

Atlanta stay

A tough weekend to be in Atlanta due to the storm. The house was fine but it would have been nice to have extra blankets, etc given the unseasonably cold weather and store closures.

Large, comfortable house

This large, 5-bedroom house on the border of City of Decatur and Atlanta is a comfortable, spacious rental. There is plenty of parking with large deck and backyard. It is spotlessly clean with ample amenities for a nice stay in a location that is convenient to surrounding attractions in the Atlanta area.

Very nice accommodations

Inside was clean and roomy. 5 large bedrooms. Kitchen was nice. Outside deck was nice as well, although furniture cushions get wet if it rains. Would be nice if there was a storage bin on the deck to store cushions when not in use.
