The home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms: one queen bedroom and a second with two long singles that can be made into a king on request — ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Every room enjoys mountain views and refreshing breezes. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, while the rest of the home stays naturally cool with ceiling fans and classic Queensland louvred windows that invite in the fresh mountain air.
Outside, a sparkling inground pool is nestled in lush tropical gardens, offering the ultimate spot to unwind after a day exploring nearby beaches, world-class mountain bike trails, or local markets.
Please note: The downstairs apartment is rented separately on a full-time basis. The residents live independently and do not share any areas with guests. A small dog lives downstairs — friendly but sometimes chatty. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, this property may not be suitable for you.
The property has six outdoor cameras: one at the carport facing the driveway, one at the back entry, one at the entry stairs, one covering entry, bottom carport, outdoor common areas, and two at each end of the pool (both will be covered during guest stays).

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
Here is our pet policy: All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property. Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted. One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs. No hunting dogs. Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only. Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival. Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires. No dogs on the furniture. No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew. A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.

Fabulous place to see in the New Year! With jungle at the back, views of mountains in front, a pool to swim in, stylish furniture, very comfortable bed and a kitchen with every thing you could ever need, this was a place to sink into and relax! Loved my stay. The hosts were very friendly and kindly provided a tasty snack for my pooch.

We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Breeze Retreat. The home is beautifully designed with gorgeous furnishings, stunning views, cool breezes and a well‑equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the pool was a standout — crystal clear, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were wonderfully friendly, gracious and helpful when needed, and their sweet little poodle made the stay even more special. We’d return in a heartbeat!
