Excellent property as always! This was our 3rd time staying here with friends for an off-roading trip. Plenty of room for 6 people and trucks and trailers with jeeps. We love Blue Haven in the heart of Moab - only blocks away from downtown. Wonderful!

Moab visit

The home is beautifully furnished, spacious with high ceilings and big windows, allowing plenty of natural light. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of beds to accommodate a large family. The private enclosed garage is really nice, and the large parking area is helpful if you happen to bring a trailer with toys like motorcycles or ATVs. The location is walking distance to just about every restaurant or shop. I would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO We’ve Ever Stayed In – Felt Like Home

We stayed in both Unit A and B from May 1–4, and honestly, this was the best VRBO experience I’ve had—hands down. The place is spotless and feels brand new, with beautiful finishes, solid flooring, and one of those layouts that just works. Both units were super clean and thoughtfully designed, and the beds? Incredible. Comfy mattresses, high-quality bedding—it all just felt like home (if not better).What really made it special, though, was the location. You’re right downtown, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. We never had to get in the car once we arrived. That said, parking was still a breeze—plenty of it, and even garage options, which is a nice bonus. As a Colorado real estate agent, I’ve seen a lot of homes and short-term rentals—and this one really nails it.

Awesome location

This is our 6th year going to Moab and we’ve stayed in a few VRBOS. This was by far the cleanest and best location in the middle of town with everything in walking distance. The host Deb was very kind and checked in. Definitely recommend this place for a perfect vacation stay in Moab!

Wonderful

This was our second time staying at this condo. The location is excellent --within walking distance of Main St. and all the shops. We love how well-equipped the kitchen is--everything you need to make meals is there. We even baked some brownies. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have lots of towels and toiletries. I worried the bunk beds might shake, but they are very stable. The ping-pong table in the garage was a hit with the kids. Thank you!

Moab central

Loved this property and the extra large garage. We were rafting on the Colorado River and had a trailer full of gear. We could fit the trailer and two vehicles in the garage. We DID NOT have any noise issues and looks like the owner Deb has taken good steps to resolve any issues from prior reviews. Clean, modern and comfy! Easy walking to the main part of town.

Moab Half Marathon Girls Weekend

The condo is beautiful and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did have some noise (screaming and throwing bottles) from the neighboring bar the first night, but probably just a random incident. We'd loved our stay and would love to return next fall!

Great place close to town

Deb was a great host and her place was well stocked and comfortable for our family. Nice to have the large garage to store all our gear and toys. Look forward to staying there again.

We purchased this property in 2018 and removed the aging double wide mobile home, then built Units A and B. Unit A opened in 2020, Unit B opened in late March of 2021. We live in Moab and hope you enjoy natures great playground as much as we do!

We built this property because there are so few options for people with toys to store them while staying in downtown Moab. Whether your toy is a bicycle or Jeep, or anything in between, you can tuck them out of site in the garage while you are enjoying Moab. Plenty of trailer/truck parking in the back (shared space with Unit A).
