The Space:

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Cairns, you'll have everything at your fingertips—from Cairns Central Shopping Centre and the famous Rusty’s Markets to a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The Esplanade and Reef Fleet Terminal are just a short stroll away. After a day of exploring, unwind with a dip in the rooftop pool and spa or relax on your private balcony with a drink in hand.



Ideal for families or friends travelling together, this dual-key arrangement includes two self-contained apartments located just across the hall. Each has been recently renovated to offer a comfortable and convenient stay.



The light-filled studio features a private balcony with mountain views—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, storage, and a compact kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle for light meals or snacks.



Across the hall, the one-bedroom apartment offers a queen bedroom and spacious, open-plan layout with modern living and dining areas that flow to a second balcony. Enjoy meals indoors or alfresco, or unwind on the sofa bed in front of the TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine for easy at-home catering.



Both apartments feature a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, vanity, and complimentary toiletries, and thoughtful extras like a hair dryer. The one-bedroom apartment also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and utility basin for added convenience. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both spaces ensure a cool and comfortable stay year-round.



There is one car space for guest use.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

​​Located in Queensland’s tropical north, the city of Cairns is a great base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. In Cairns town, there’s excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree.



Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is a free undercover/secure parking spot available for one car. There is also paid parking off-premise.



Airport: 10 minutes drive to the airport by car, there is no public transport from the airport.



Public Transport: 500 metres to the nearest bus stop.
