This house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. - Please note that 2nd bedroom is partitioned with a wall and door however there is no wall above the door frame. It is built this way as to allow access to the attic. The 2 bedrooms are directly opposite each other. If you or your guests require absolute privacy, are light sleepers and cannot tolerate noise with your neighbouring bedroom/travellers, this house may not be suitable for you. - Please note and accept House Rules before booking. Strictly no parties policy.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, Chinatown, Hyde Park and more! There are a few nice coffee shops/bakery places. I would definitely go back!

This was a wonderful location for a vacation in Sydney. There were things that weren't ideal (steep stairs, smaller sitting area) but other things (cleanliness, location- near Central station, ease of entry) all made up for it.

This house is a perfect base to use to explore Sydney. Close to some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Sydney, easy access to multiple modes of public transportation, but also quieter and more character than a big CBD hotel. As several people have remarked, the stairs are quite steep, so that's a consideration if anybody in your group has mobility issues. The air conditioning was a life-saver, as we visited in the midst of a spell of very hot and humid weather. Would happily stay here again!

The house is comfortable, very clean and had everything you could need. Location is ideal. Only a few blocks to Central Station, little supermarket and lots of eateries in the area. Even though it is centrally located, it is a very quiet street. Walking distance to many buses, Chinatown and even Darling Harbour. Would highly recommend the place.

Perfect location. Transportation, coffee & dining all so close. Space was accommodating for our family of four. However the stairs are treacherous and unstable. Never get the TV to work either for viewing in the evening after a day of exploring. Reached out but never got assistance with this issue.

Five stars for location! This terrace house is in a vibrant neighbourhood - bars and restaurants around the corner. 5 minute walk to Woolies and the Central train station or light rail line. Considering it is a heritage style terrace house, the bathroom and kitchen were well fitted and modern. The only downside is the stairs leading to 2 bedrooms upstairs. They are steep and you have to be very careful coming down. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues. The house was well appointed and clean. Communication with Furnished Properties was easy. Note that I did request late check out for 50 which was not confirmed up till we left. This process could be improved.

This is a cute place but could use a deep cleaning. The bedrooms were tidy and the beds comfortable, however, one ceiling fan/light would not work. Couch and living room seating is very uncomfortable. No tissues, paper towels, dishrags, sponges, kitchen towels available. Communication took 11 hours to say items should be there. They were not.Security is an issue! The back door has 5 locks on it with an iron grate. The front door has a single latch and we believe that with a hard push, it would pop open. In fact, loud partying in the street with garbage cans being hit and yelling and thumping on our front door resulted with us sleeping with the sofa in front of the door for added security. Food in the area is pretty good. Close to everything and easy to get around.
