The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. The dining table seats up to six people and is conveniently located off the kitchen, while the breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

OUTDOORS
Exit through the living room, kitchen, or master bedroom to reach the covered patio, which offers a stunning view of the Coachella Valley and the pool area. The patio features a dining table for six, perfect for outdoor meals. The property also includes a 5-burner grill and a three-burner Blackstone griddle, making it an excellent space for grilling and socializing with loved ones. Just steps from the patio, a beautiful pool invites you to relax, with a seating area to soak up the sun. On cooler nights, unwind in the spa or gather around the glass firepit by the pool for a cozy, relaxing evening under the stars.

The spacious main bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a 65-inch smart TV, a generous closet, and a dedicated work desk—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks and a sleek walk-in shower for a spa-like experience.
The first guest bedroom also includes a plush king-sized bed and a 50-inch smart TV, with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom. This room opens directly to the backyard and pool area, blending comfort with outdoor ease.
The second guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin beds and a 50-inch smart TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests.
