Townhouse at Season at Attitash

This spacious unit is newly renovated and is in the closest building to the clubhouse. it has two mini splits to keep you cool all summer long. You enter into a well stocked kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer and a over-sized closet for storage. The dining area has a very large table, able to comfortably seat 10. Not only great for family dining, but makes a great gathering space for family game night or doing a puzzle.
Off the dining area is a spacious living area with flat screen TV, comfy couches and cozy blankets for movie watching. There is a full bath off the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. Upstairs is a loft, on the right side of the loft is a queen bed. On the left side are 2 bunk-beds, both twin over full. There is also a couch, TV and games for the kids.

The clubhouse is right across the street. Inside the clubhouse there is an indoor heated pool, huge hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment, ping pong tables, pool tables and arcade games. Behind the house is a pond, stocked for fishing, with fountain. On the shores of the pond are two fire pits, great for marshmallow roasting and campfire stories. There is also a gazebo that houses a gas grill and table for cooking and dining. There are charcoal grills placed throughout the property also. Within the complex there are tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, horseshoe pits, hiking trails and a playground.

Great Spot

Such a great spot. Few minutes from Conway, a bunch of restaurants and a bunch of fun activities. We had our two dogs w us and they also had a blast. Awesome!

Had a great experience with this rental. Owner was super responsive. Condo was clean. The air conditioners did the trick keeping the entire unit cool, which is important in the summer months. The staff at the property were very helpful and courteous. Kids enjoyed the playground, basketball courts and swimming pool. Great place for a family vacation.

Amazing, clean, great location

Very clean, well stocked property. Dishes, utensils, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. all available. 2 second walk to the club house for swimming, gaming, and hot tub. Very quiet. Multiple smart TV’s. Very responsive hosts. No issues. Hoping to stay again in the near future.

Artic blast no problem!

Mother nature was not aware that we had plans and she decided to blast us with -53 degree wind chills the whole weekend. We barely noticed, as the girls enjoyed watching movies and playing games in their own loft. And if that wasn't enough, a short walk across the driveway to the clubhouse for endless fun in the pool, hot tub, and arcade. It couldn't have been more perfect!

Spacious Unit in a Great Location

This is our second time staying in the Seasons complex. We LOVE the location of this property - convenient to North Conway, Storyland, hiking, etc. The complex as a whole is quiet and the pool, playground, and fitness center are nice amenities. This unit was clean and well-kept. The perfect size for my husband, 6-year-old daughter and I but plenty of room for a larger party. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic appliances/dishes/pans/etc and the in-unit washer/dryer was handy to have. My daughter loved having her own TV and sitting area in the loft as well :-). We were comfortable and felt "at home." This is an unusual compliment but my most favorite part of this unit was the sheer amount of HOOKS. There were hooks everywhere! SO convenient for hanging jackets, bags, umbrellas, hiking gear, and clothes. It's little touches like that that make a vacation rental memorable.

Perfect spot!

We loved this vacation house. The location was perfect for us. We were only 5 minutes from Storyland, but also loved that the house was situated right across the street from the club house, which had a pool, game room, arcade and playground. The house itself was great, the kids loved the bunk beds and loft area. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for a fun family weekend away. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Location

Condo was in a perfect location for what we were looking for. Close to outside activities and easy ride into town. Condo itself was comfortable and was stocked with everything needed. It’s almost time for a living room furniture update but that is splitting hairs really. We look forward to staying here again soon!!

Great Location with Access to practical amenities

This property is located on a resort style campus. Access to various amenities. Perfect location and very short distances to everything the White Mountain Region has to offer. 3 Miles to Story Land and access to the pool (were the highlight for my kids). The Layout of the house is very practical for big families with kids. Kitchen is a bit outdated but very practical. I would recommend updating the pots and pans and give access to both stainless steel pots as oppose to non stick coated cookware only. I would also recommend a new vacuum cleaner. Overall, we had a great experience. The owners were very responsive. Would we go back? The answer is YES.

Great experience

We loved this condo. It felt like home the minute we walked in. So very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in the perfect location. Plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved that. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

Great vacation

We loved staying at this property. The layout was perfect for a family with teens. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent
within the complex: clubhouse right there, pond, hibachi, and within the white mountains close to tons of activities and North Conway village. It was exactly what we were looking for for a great vacation.

Very nice!

We take an annual trip to the North Conway area every summer for the last 5 years. This is definitely the nicest place we have rented. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the dining room table was large enough for us with room to spare. The AC units worked great and kept the place nice and cool. The king bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and I slept like a baby. Parking was plentiful and close to the building door. North Conway and all of its tourist trap glory are just a few minutes up the road. We had no issues during our stay and had a great time. The owners are doing a great job keeping the place nice. We would definitely consider staying again if it is available when we travel next year.

Quiet home base

Clean, very quiet, natural setting. We enjoyed a daily nature walk with our 2 year old and dog, swimming and playing in the sandbox at the clubhouse. Close enough to all the attractions but feels adequately removed from the hubbub to make it a very relaxing place to be. Well-stocked kitchen.

Loved the property

So happy with the property! This was exactly what we were looking to stay in for the weekend. Super comfortable, very conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay here so much, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will be going back.

Bartlett condo

Since we were moving from another condo in the complex, we asked to owner to let us know when the unit was cleaned and if we could possible get in before 4pm. They were very nice and notified us at 2pm that it was ready. First impression was some what updated and the kitchen was nicely appointed, but they literally only give you a 1/3 cut-off of a scrub sponge. Ridiculous! Dining/living area was very spacious with cathedral ceiling and open to the loft and the table could seat 10 if needed. We unpacked, went out for rest of day and returned for dinner. At 10pm we turned the bedroom bed down and realized that the sheets were dirty and covered in hair. Then the blinds on the slider had about 6-7 slats missing and it did not cover the slider about 20". I texted the owner inquiring if there were other sheets to change the bed in the locked storage closet. I realize it was late, but did not hear back, so washed the sheets. Also checked the loft beds, and there was food on one of the pillows and was not convinced that those sheets were washed either and washed all the linens there too. Heard back from owner the next morning with the code to unlock the linen closet. We took new sheets for the king bed as the others were polyester and covered in pills and very uncomfortable. The 2nd day they offered to send the cleaner. Why? At that point we already cleaned everything. Should have offered the very first morning. The condo is dog friendly, but there were many (urine?) stains on the carpet and the couch had dog hair on it. The bedroom bathroom toilet seat was very loose and moved when trying to reach for the paper. While packing for a 9:30am checkout on our last day, the owner texted at 8:44am and offered for us to stay 2 additional days at no cost. A bit late for that! Our vacation was over and we needed to get home for Monday work. Overall, our vacation was Great! We did not let this ruin it and once we cleaned everything, it was a nice place to be. I assume that the owners will take the information and pictures that I shared with them and correct the issues. I realize that an owner does rely on people that they hire to be their eyes and clean for them, but, they should check on things to be sure it is in good shape and fix if repairs are needed. They hopefully will make it right for the next guests to have a wonderful stay.

Fantastic family getaway

This is our second time staying at a property owned by these owners. The information given is accurate and clear. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. We love the location- close to all the natural attractions in the area. The condo had plenty of room for a bunch of teenagers. I loved having access to the dryer so we can dry our beach towels after being on the rivers. My only suggestion is that the vertical blinds need to be fixed in the master bedroom. There are quite a few missing. Great place and we can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend over the 4th of July. It was minutes from North Conway, and very easy to get to. The condo was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. It had a large dining room table so we could all sit together and eat. The clubhouse amenities were awesome, we used the pool, hot tub, and game room! It was nice having these options when the weather didn't cooperate! The owners communicated nicely, and were great hosts! We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful to communicate with

I have to say that the owners of this property are wonderful to work with. So responsive and are on top of any concerns. When you first arrive the condo is a little toasty but one you turn on the AC that is upstairs and downstairs it cools off relatively quickly. An extra fan helps to move the air around quicker. The condo is minutes away from the heart of North Conway but far enough removed that you don’t feel like you’re right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The other people staying in the surrounding condos were quiet and respectful which led to a very pleasant stay. This condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Thank you.

Condo Review

Nice property. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint is air conditioning did not work in loft area. Only air conditioning was in master bedroom, so other parts of the condo did get hot.
