Conveniently located next to Story Land and North Conway, it was also a great location for us to do day trips to parts of Vermont and Maine during our stay. Owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Community was quiet with ample parking. Rental was well stocked for any kitchen and paper needs. Lots of good recommendations for local activities as well.

We have stayed in this condo multiple times and it is always clean and comfortable. Great location, great view, friendly host with excellent communication. This time we learned the AC doesn’t really cool the bedrooms so be aware of that if you need AC to sleep in the summer and need bedroom doors closed for kids to sleep. Otherwise no complaints and we will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay including a visit to NEARBY Story Land. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy with everything you might need in the kitchen and around the house. The Swiss chalet styling is really fun and matches the setting beautifully. The internet connection was great. The views were amazing with plenty of room outside for the kids to play. We would definitely stay here again since we visit the area at least twice a year - family traditions bring endless joy to life!Fred, our host, was johnny-on-the-sport with all communications. He was super friendly and a joy to work with. Check in in and out was relatively simple. I highly recommend this property.

We had the best trip! Fred’s house is so cozy, quiet and spacious. The location is perfect. We did a bunch of hikes, including Mt. Washington! The house was immaculate and the view unbelievable. Everything that you could need is there. We would love to come back again!

Very spacious, incredible mountain view from the living room and balcony, clean and great location to the ski resorts! We were a little surprised that we had to make our own beds and of the arrival/departure checklist, but we would definitely recommend staying here!

Fred was an outstanding host and his home was even better than advertised. The view was beautiful, comforatble beds, quiet and peaceful. The communication was crystal clear from the moment we booked. Great stay and we will definitely be back!

Amazing views!

Me and my family booked a last minute trip to NH and stayed here. The property was in a great location, central to all we had planned to do. The property was spacious and well equipped. The owners were great with communication, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. My favorite part of our stay was the amazing views from the living room and deck.

Very clean comfortable well stocked condo

Came up for hiking and fall colors. Great location for hiking trails Beautiful views from apartment but brought chairs to sit out on lawn with even better views. Very well stocked for cooking and dining. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve been in. We’d definitely go back.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location

The condominium was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The view of the mountains - especially Mt. Washington - from the breakfast nook and deck was spectacular! Fred was very responsive and check in/check out was easy. The only minor issue we had was with the internet speed being very slow - a challenge for a family of four with two teenagers. We will definitely return for another family vacation!

Wonderful, easy, comfortable stay!

This was not our first stay in this condo and we would definitely stay again! We love this location. The condo is clean, comfortable and has space for everyone. Be aware that the mini split doesn’t cool the downstairs bedrooms but that would only be a problem on a rare hot night. I only mention it because AC is important to my group on the occasion it is needed to sleep.
