We enjoyed our stay at the cabin on Lobo Cove. It was small but it had all the necessities. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river. Check in was super easy!

Very nice cabin and location! First, Kate is an awesome host. Always available and knowledgeable about virtually anything. The cabin is very well appointed and won't disappoint. We didnt use the kayaks but they looked very inviting. Overall, an awesome property. You won't be disappointed!

Good for the soul-

What a wonder weekend in a beautiful place with the best cabin. We enjoyed nights around the fire counting lightning bugs (I didn’t even know you could see these anymore) and telling the best stories. This cabin had everything that we would need to give the comforts of home. I’m thankful for the cleanliness and little touches like the s'more's station. Book this one for a perfect location and all of the “river” feels. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Best Mother’s Day weekend ! Best river views

Wow! One of the best Mother’s Day weekend. The cabin is so adorable. We stayed out on the patio that has the best river views . Cooked out on the grill. Booked the guided fishing trip that was the best and steps away from the cabin . Kept our fishing boat at the dock . Can’t get any easier and fun .

The property was beatiful and we loved the riverfront! The host was very gracious and allowed us to stay a couple hours more because we were unable to get out on the road due to flooding and trees down. Might want to tell the next guests that that area can possibly flood on the roadway in and out. Also, bathroom could be improved by switching the toilet and vanity. It was very tight into the toilet and shower both. (A smaller vanity would also be helptul. For larger folks, which we are, it was a bit cramped.) Additionally, the bar to the kitchen should be lowered and shortened a bit. That would help kitchen access and with some bar stools added, it would allow people to sit and eat at the bar. Other than that, the host was exceptional!

As hosts, we always strive to provide a 5-star experience for every guest.-Regarding the road closure, we understand it was an inconvenience, though unfortunately, it was outside of our control. -As for the kitchen access, we would have been happy to assist during your stay, as the bar can be lowered to allow easier entry.-We also appreciate your note about the bathroom size — while it is compact, we recognize that may not be ideal for all guests, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance comfort.Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay!

What an adorable cabin! We have stayed at lobo landing several times but never ON the river bank, on one of the other rows. This was a “fall break from school fly fishing trip” for my 12 and 14 year old sons, so the kayaks were the selling point for this one. My husband did come by for one night to go to the livestock sale the next day. He was able to park his dually and stock trailer with no problems down at the the boat/rv parking area. We are both very hefty folks and I was pleasantly surprised that IMO the bathroom was bigger than what was pictured. It’s cozy but we had no problems fitting. There’s a boardwalk down to the marina and my kids kept it hot. There’s little Dolly things for the kayaks so that was nice. My kids brought their own life jackets but they were provided also. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was super comfy. I don’t go on vacation to cook lol so I can’t speak on the kitchen, we went to Heber springs for that. And I didn’t notice in the pictures, but there’s a very nice bed swing on the porch, probably my favorite part. We watched a little weasel play on the opposite river bank. It was an excellent trip and I hope to come back in the winter. We flea marketed all the way to and from home so between that and fishing everyone had something fun to do!
