Located on a peaceful, wooded lot on the banks of the Little Red River you’ll find the perfect escape with friends and family. While only 6 miles from downtown Heber Springs, our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just up the road from the world famous Cow Shoals. Soak in views from the back patio, walk down the rock steps to enjoy relaxing around the fire pit, or continue on down to the dock for cool fresh air. The private dock is located in an excellent fishing area. Our 3/3 home offers an open concept floor plan with a large kitchen and full amenities, WiFi, and smart TVs.

During your stay, enjoy hiking at nearby Sugarloaf Mountain, Collins Creek Trail, Bridal Veil Falls, and Mossy Bluff nature trail. Rent a boat At Greers ferry lake, take a dip down at Sandy Beach, or kayak down the Little Red. Whether you’re looking for a weeklong stay, or just the weekend, this house is your perfect location. Stunning views and world renowned fishing of the Little Red River await you!


*Keep in mind, this is a dry county. No alcohol is sold here, so bring your own.

*There is a security camera located on the detatched shed that views the front of the house and carport. This will be on during your stay.

Beautiful setting

If you love nature, this is a great retreat. We enjoyed lots of patio time enjoying the many birds and river views. It was a lovely getaway for us!

Wonderful location on the water. Very basic amenities. Bring your own bath soap, shampoo and be prepared to buy everything you need to use the kitchen.

Our perfect get away

With 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6 & 7, there was plenty of space and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time on the river. We loved having the dock right in the yard. The weather was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect home away from home. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

My grandkids loved it!

This was a trip for my oldest grandson he love to fish. He caught some trout. He was very excited! We cooked them and they were delicious.

Great family time

This property is as listed. We loved the open floor plan. Fishing was good right off the dock as was the fire pit area. Next time we will bring our corn hole boards there was plenty of room to set them up. The owners were very easy to work with. We will certainly be back.

Great experience

The property was great , very clean and the host was excellent! Very attentive when we had questions . Brought a group of friends for trout fishing . As their name says they are only 3-4 minutes away from Cow Shoals access where we caught several trout ! Hope to go back !!

Fantastic spot in the Little Red!

Everything you need is here! Great home with lots of room. Fire pit is perfect for socializing and gathering. Fished off the dock and everyone caught their limits! Cook your fish right on the grill! Communication was immediate and complete with everything we needed!

Family Reunion Bliss

We have family in Arkansas, Illinois and Washington. This house allowed us to gather together in comfort and have many meals together. We recently lost our father back in December, so it was glorious to be together finally. Thank you for all the little details within the listing, answering any random questions and providing the perfect place to relax and fellowship. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We'll be staying here again if it's available.

It was ok but not great...we had no laudry room and this posed a huge problem and added expense causing us yo seek out a nasty maundry mat instead ....we absolutely woulnt had rented it if we knw that...all the other places we have rented had a place to do laundry ..also the walkway and dock were suoer sketchy and dangerous ...we wont be returning ever!!! Alll in all low quality place

Beautiful

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean, smelled good. The property owners answered me right away if I had any questions. The river is beautiful. We caught some fish, had some laughs, and will for sure come back!

Peaceful relaxation!

There were 3 of us on a guys fishing trip. We loved being right on the river. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We spent some time around the fire pit just talking and relaxing. Over all we had a great trip and would book again.
