My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The studio has a connecting room and each room has a queen-sized bed that can accommodate 2 people. The unit can host up to 6 guests. If the booking is made for more than 4 guests, an extra single mattress will be set up. Additional charges apply if extra single mattress needed for 3rd guest.

The apartment is air-conditioned and fully furnished with a table, chairs, kitchenette, and bathroom. Each unit has a smart TV

Basic kitchen essentials such as an electric induction cooker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, pot, pan, and tableware are provided. Light cooking is allowed in the apartment.

Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for Internet Calls and Web Surfing.

The place and its surrounding are safe. Access to the building is via magnetic card & key and there is a lift in the building.
