Good stay near Orchard area
Overall a good stay. It's fairly close to the Orchard area and two MRT stations, as well as a convenient bus stop. There is no waiting area in front, so be prepared to hop on quick for taxis/grab. Not too much immediately nearby, but there's a 24 hour supermarket and a small food court on Killiney road, about 10 minutes walk. The area is residential and very quiet, but Singapore is a safe place and no issues walking around at night.The room states it can accommodate 6, but I think 4 is the max that can comfortably stay - there's only a single bathroom. There's a single double bed (which is fine) and two fold out sofa beds (that are serviceable, but aren't comfortable). There's a full kitchen and washer/dryer, which we didn't use. The room itself looks remodeled, but it's fairly dark (only window is in the bedroom). The bathroom window opens up to what appears to be the AC. It's very quiet - we never heard a peep from our neighbors.Property manager didn't respond to messages until 2 days before our stay, which was a bit worrying, but once they got back to us, there was regular contact. The checkin process was easy as there is a worker on site that met us when we arrived, you get their Whatsapp contact if you need anything.Overall I'd recommend this place if you're looking for something that's not too pricey and much larger than comparably priced hotel rooms in the area. Helps if you're comfortable with a bit of walking and don't mind staying a bit off the main areas.
