This newly-renovated contemporary ranch with central air conditioning is only 0.5 mi to New Silver Beach. This bright and immaculate home sleeps six comfortably.

Entered an open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and skylight above the dining area create a roomy and inviting space. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable.

The nicely-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. the dining area has a dining table with room for everyone.

A hall from the kitchen leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower.

A door from the dining area leads to the finished lower level with washer and dryer. There is also a second bathroom in the lower level with a shower.

The patio at the front of the house has a teak dining table and chairs and a gas grill. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower at the back of the house accessed by a back door off the dining area.

The house is only 0.5 mi to New Silver Beach--a 10-min walk, or 2 min-bike ride. Close to the Shining Sea Bikeway--10-min bike ride to bikeway access. Short drive to all the best of Falmouth including restaurants, shops, beaches, Woods Hole and Falmouth's famous Main Street and Village Green.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
