Imagine your unforgettable vacation start with a morning that you take a stroll with your coffee to Bristol Beach (800 feet south) or Falmouth Heights Beach (1000 feet southwest) to enjoy the salty morning air and view Martha's Vineyard across the water. Enjoy your day swimming in the ocean, bike at the Shining Sea Bikeway (2.5 miles east), or take a ferry (Island Queen 0.85 miles northeast) for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, come home to rinse off at the outdoor shower, fire the charcoal grill for a barbecue dinner with your loved ones outside, or take a short drive to the historical downtown (1.5 miles west) to explore the eclectic mix of international restaurants, quaint cafes, and gastropubs for the evening.

The TV in the living room is a smart TV. There is NO cable service, but it includes 200+ free Samsung TV Plus channels. In addition, you can use your own Netflix, YouTube tv, and Amazon Prime accounts for streaming services.
