We provide units that sleep two guests, four guests, and five guests. However, this unit sleeps four individuals (double size bed in bedroom and pull out couch/double). All rental units have one (1) car parking in our parking lot. We are on Ocean Terrance & Sampson Avenue. All units are freshly painted and beautifully decorated with new showers, televisions, coffee makers, stoves, sinks, refrigerators, furniture, bedding and pull out couches to provide additional occupancy in the units. These units have air conditioning and heat for rentals seasonal and Off Season Get-A-Ways. Guests can expect their rental experience in a quiet, relaxing environment. Our property is owner managed and professionally cleaned.

You may use our parking area to park your car if you arrive earlier than 4 PM. to enjoy the beach/boardwalk. A text or phone contact will be made to notify you when your apartment is ready. On the day of your departure you may also leave your car in the lot after noon time to continue enjoying the beach/boardwalk at NO ADDITIONAL charge.
