To me it was the layout of the property and the beautiful view out into the ocean. The house had everything we needed, we had a great time!

Overall, met our needs and we had a good time Needed more chairs at the table for eating meals.Kitchen facilities were a little sparse - needed more cooking pots/pans and expected a regular coffee maker. Needed more kitchen utensils for the number of people.Pizza pan would have been helpful.There was no propane in the outdoor fireplace.

Wonderful vacation experience! Have already booked 2 weeks for next year. Fantastic water view. Amazing house. Kitchen and bathrooms updated and modern. Great laundry and kitchen appliances. Living, dining, kitchen areas with great lighting, comfortable seating. Beds very comfortable. Excellent heating and a/c. House design unusually convenient for the young and agile and the older and less mobile. Just 3 steps to enter/exit from front or back. Older or less mobile will never have to leave the ground level, which has bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry and all essential common areas; for the more agile, spiral stairs lead to a basement game area and additional sleep space. Lots of local things to do and places to eat. Very pleased with Evolve Management. We were assigned a Guest Contact who was easy to reach and very responsive. She helped us with early check-in to avoid arriving in the midst of a Nor'easter. Also reached out to her for one minor issue at the house, and she resolved it quickly and fully.Sue

Outstanding

Four Nashville girlfriends reserved this outstanding property based on the pictures on the website and the location! We were so excited when we got there and the pictures were reality! You would never know from the front door of the house what “wonderfulness” waits inside! The view is OUTSTANDING! The house is super clean and we loved having hardwood floors instead of old carpet. The four of us each had their own space (one downstairs). It was very accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We wish everyone we know could experience this house!!

We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks as well. We would definitely stay here again.
