Wake up to the sound of the Atlantic and coffee on the over-the-water deck. That's the morning here.

This Plymouth home sits on the water with three king bedrooms, a fourth room with two twins, and the kind of light that makes you want to cancel your afternoon plans. Vaulted ceilings, big windows, skylights overhead. Walk out the back and you're standing on a deck that hangs right over the water, which is where most guests end up with their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Surfside beach is a short walk or drive down on Shore Drive (head left out of the house). Easy enough for a barefoot morning swim or a sunset stroll without thinking about it. Other popular beaches are also close by: White Horse (10 mins), Ellisville Harbor State Park (10 mins)

What we've added recently:
- Weber grill with flat top griddle insert and utensils (on the deck)
- King size memory foam beds in every king bedroom, plus 55" smart TVs
- Solo Stove fire pit on the lawn with six Adirondack chairs and a cornhole set
- Indoor dining for eight guests
- Outdoor patio dining for eight guests w/ umbrella
- A high-top table off the primary bedroom for that first cup of coffee
- Coffee bar with Nespresso Vertuo (sample pods included), Keurig, and regular drip

Mini-split AC units are going into every bedroom in late May of 2026.

The basics: Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi. Partial AC currently (window unit in the primary bedroom) until the mini-splits go in.

Sleeping: Three king bedrooms, one bedroom with two twins. Sleeps eight comfortably.

Plymouth is full of historic sites, museums, and waterfront restaurants worth a long lunch. Whale watching, kayaking, and fishing run out of the harbor. Six public golf courses nearby, with Pinehills Golf Club five miles up the road. Or skip all of it and stay on the deck. We won't judge.

Quiet neighborhood with a strict noise policy, quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
No smoking, no pets, no candles
Parking for four vehicles (driveway is on an incline)
Smart lock with a unique code for your stay
Exterior security camera facing the street
Must be 21+ to book
