Excellent spot by the beach I felt like I had a lot of reminders and communication witch was great but also felt like the check in email could of had both codes together but overall all great place to stay

There is a bar next door with a roof top bar featuring live music. The music carried on until 1:30 AM. It would have been nice to be warned about this before hand. Between the bar and the street noise, this is not a quiet property.

The location was perfect, walkable to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. No issues with checking in or out. Hoping to be back sooner than later!

The kitchen did not have a lot of dishes or pots and pans for cooking, but was well equiped for reheating items. The appliances were great and there was lots of cabinet and counter space. The laundry area was great. Everything was very nice and clean. Loved the outdoor balcony and the rooftop area.

The unit was very clean; host was helpful. Great location ; enjoyed the balcony; comfortable bed ; light switches labeled — very helpful A few suggestions— there was no liquid hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen— just one very tiny bar of soap; a broom would have been useful ; dishes were in a very high cabinet— difficult to reach; very limited things to hang towels on in bathroom.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. The location is on the "main drag" and so close to everything I needed. I have a dog and we were right across the street from a grassy area. The property was spotless and just perfect for my needs. As a solo traveler (with my dog) I felt safe and comfortable and the unit is well stocked. I was able to meet the owner during my stay and he as lovely and very accommodating. I will definitely be back...highly recommend!

Just a wonderful place to stay. Walkable to everything but a rented golf cart is nice! Beautiful accommodations esp the kitchen and stocked laundry room. Stunning beach, family friendly and restful vacay spot!

This condo was perfect for our needs! Very clean and walkable to most everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, shops, and beach all right there. The luggage lift was very convenient so we didn't have to lug our bags up the stairs. Having access to washing machine and dryer in the complex was also appreciated. Balcony overlooking the street was great for sitting out in the nice weather. The building itself also has a code to unlock the door which we were not initially provided (only received our condo door code), so our one recommendation is to make sure that code is also provided in the check-in instructions. Overall fantastic stay! Clean, modern, and convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The condo itself was amazing; layout, location, cleanliness. However, everything else was a mess. We received a code to enter our condo, and when we did, found a hole in the ceiling along with mats on the floor. Apparently there was a leak and nobody contacted us to say they were supposed to switch our rooms. I messaged the text number they provided, and someone came right now. My concern was that I had my small dog with us; we had been told initially that room was the only one approved for pets. They moved us across the hall, and even helped which was appreciated. That condo had nothing but water issues. We messaged saying it was like there was air in the lines, and zero pressure so much so we couldn't even shower. We were so frustrated that Friday morning we went down to the actual rental office to show videos of what we were dealing with. The response received is that the town would've told them if they were working on the water lines, and they had no communication from them. Nobody was sent to our condo to see what we were dealing with. We could not even shower. By Saturday morning, at 5am, we had NO water. No faucet in the kitchen or bathroom would run water, the shower didn't work. We recorded all of this. So again I contacted the emergency line to be told it's the weekend, they aren't sure they can get anyone out to check it out. By 9am, we decided to pack and were leaving a full day early. A rep came by 10am to see the issues, and we left.
