«A Bayview Beauty» se trouve à 100 mètres de la baie de Chesapeake sur un boulevard calme bordé de myrte de crêpe. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue sur la baie depuis l'immense véranda grillagée, le LR et les BR du deuxième étage. Prenez votre parasol et vos chaises pour passer la journée sur la plage familiale ... à quelques pas du porche. Rafraîchissez-vous après une journée à la plage avec la douche extérieure. Entrez dans le vestiaire carrelé pour vous changer et prendre une douche. Dînez dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, la salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes. OU .. marcher 3 pâtés de maisons de restaurants / quartier commerçant. Détendez-vous dans le LR décontracté avec des meubles confortables et une table de jeu. Deux nouveaux lits queen / deux lits jumeaux à plateau-coussin dans 3 BR complètent la journée! Linge fourni. 6 couchages. La maison a été rénovée avec amour, gardant son charme d'origine. Fraîchement peint et décoré dans des couleurs et des thèmes de plage, offrant une atmosphère propre et reposante. Certificat d'inspection de sécurité de la ville à domicile. Détendez-vous, reposez-vous et rafraîchissez-vous .. RÉSERVEZ MAINTENANT !!

Services / informations pour les clients: Le ménage de départ est assuré par un service de ménage professionnel. La maison a été approuvée par l'inspecteur du code de sécurité de la ville avec un certificat délivré et est située dans notre classeur de bienvenue. Des brochures / informations supplémentaires sont disponibles dans notre maison ainsi qu'au nouveau centre d'accueil au sud de la ville sur Rt. 13 près du CBBT.

Environs / endroits à visiter: La plage est située à 100 mètres de notre porte d'entrée. La jetée de pêche, les magasins et les restaurants de la ville, la bibliothèque publique, le bureau de poste et les lieux de culte ne sont qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons. Les parcours de golf Arnold Palmer et Jack Nicklaus Signature, ouverts au public, avec pro-shop et restaurant 'Coach House' sont à 2-3 min. conduire. La marina avec le restaurant et les magasins «Oyster Farm» est située à l'extrémité opposée de la ville. Conduire S sur Rt. 13 vous trouverez une épicerie Food lion, un magasin ABC, Dollar General, McDonald's et diverses entreprises uniques dans la région. Le parc d'État de Kiptopeke, un refuge national pour la vie sauvage et un nouveau centre d'accueil sont situés à proximité du tunnel du pont de la baie de Chesapeake. Traverser le CBBT est Virginia Beach et Norfolk / Int. aéroport (35-40 min), jardins botaniques. Aéroport de Newport News, Williamsburg / Busch Gardens historiques (1-1 1/2 heures) sur Rt. 64 de Cape Charles. Chincoteague-Assateague et l'île de Tanger sont au nord sur l'autoroute 13, ce qui en fait de superbes excursions d'une journée! Explorez la rive est ou détendez-vous simplement sur la plage !!

Very nice home close to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the kids loved all the beach time.

This is a quaint house. Owners were good at communicating. Half bathroom is very small so I designated my little ones to use. House is not updated but everything is kept very clean. Close to the beach.

Bay Cottage was charming, comfortable and the location was just perfect. We could walk to the beach in less than a minute. It is well stocked and beds were very comfortable. We loved the layout and the boys loved all the games. We especially enjoyed the big screened in porch in the evening and the outdoor shower in the back for getting all the sand off. Our hosts were wonderful and communicated with us from the time we booked and even called once we got settled to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Bay Cottage!

We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!

The house was as listed and the photos give a fair idea of what to expect. It has old home charm with no modern updates, but it was clean, functional, and had plenty of space for our family. The location was great — an easy walk to the beach — which made our stay even better. We also appreciated the hose in the backyard and the strong water pressure in the shower (with helpful notes from the host on how to adjust it).One thing to note for future guests is that there’s no Wi-Fi and the TVs don’t support streaming — just a collection of DVDs and VHS tapes. It wasn’t what we expected, but we made do and it encouraged more family time together.Overall, the house worked well for our stay, and as long as you’re comfortable with a more traditional setup, it’s a nice spot in a great location.

When we are at this home, our second home, our family uses the hotspot on our phones when and if a Wifi connection is needed which is very rare since smart phones today have unlimited data available.

This is a quant beach house. Some peculiarities in our opinion as I’ve never been asked to wash laundry or linens at a VRBO especially when paying a cleaning fee. Also, the bathrooms need updates due to local water conditions staining and making the tub and bowls look unfavorable. Shower curtains need to be changed more often if local water conditions discolor and make the areas look unclean. On a positive note, the home is very close to the beach. Just note that you must bring your own beach chairs, towels and make sure to read the details of the listing for all amenities (i.e., WiFi..)

We just ask that you get the laundry started to assist housekeeping to get the house prepared for the next guest. Housekeeping finishes the remaining laundry and cleans the entire house. We change our shower curtains twice a year when we come to our home. We do not supply beach chairs to limit our liability in case of an accident. Our family uses the hotspot on our phones when and if a Wifi connection is needed which is very rare since smart phones today have unlimited data available.

excellent location to the beach

The house is less than 100 yards from the beach. You can also walk to town in less than 10 minutes to enjoy shopping and food. Cape Charles is a family destination.

This house has so much charm! It was very clean, so comfortable, and just perfect for a weekend getaway in beautiful Cape Charles! The owner was incredibly responsive and courteous. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick get-a-way

We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer!

The Bayview Beauty was absolutely beautiful! Right near the water and a very quiet, friendly area! We will definitely be back!! The homeowners were so nice and made our stay very nice.

Hidden treasure!

Cape Charles is a quaint, charming little town! The house was very welcoming, comfortable and full of charm!! So close to the beach and main shopping street. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Sad to leave, but look forward to coming back!
