L'appartement spacieux est situé au premier étage et a une
Chambre à coucher (lit: 200x200) avec accès au balcon, une deuxième chambre (lit: 140x200), une salle de bains et une salle de séjour confortable et moderne avec un canapé confortable, salle à manger et baignées de lumière, cuisine entièrement équipée. En outre, un lit est disponible. Le beau balcon offre une vue fantastique sur la mer et la vieille ville pour se détendre. Une piscine communautaire bien entretenu offre un rafraîchissement jusque tard dans la soirée.
Sur place, vous serez accueillis par un gardien allemand.
L'appartement est accessible aux handicapés!


Albufeira est une ville charmante, côtière en terrasse dans l'Algarve au sud du Portugal. Un endroit où l'ancien et le nouveau mélange l'architecture magnifiquement avec l'autre.

Incredible Stay

What a great property - wonderful location, less than 5 mins to beach and the restaurant choices you could ask for. The space had two A/C units to keep things cool in the heat, a wonderful balcony and two large sized bedrooms. Stefan met us on time both checking in and checking out and was helpful with local recommendations. A fantastic place!

Amazing week in Albuferia!

The small apartment was in a great location! One bedroom is very small... but frankly, I didn't come tonsit in a bedroom! Stephan gave us quite a lot of information at check-in, which we tried to absorb, but after our long car ride, a house manual would've been helpful! But... between the 4 of is... we remembered most things. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Great Albufeira Location

Very short walk to the entertainment district and wonderful views of the town an ocean! It's far enough away from the clubs that the late-night music is not audible. The parking spot is priceless in the middle of Old Town! Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

The apartment was perfect for me and my family. It had everything we needed. The location is close to the beach (Praia de Pescadores), shops and restaurants. It was very clean. The beds were decent size and the rooms were spacious. It had everything you would need for your vacation. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fun and rain

we had a good time in albufeira even though it rained every day. We enjoyed the apartment, which was exactly as advertised ,food and afew short excursions. We explored the old town and discovered an awesome little traditional restaurant named ozuca, hidden down an alley a half block from the square. We ate there 3 times, try the cataplana.

Excellent Location and lots of room

We had a great time in Albufeira. The apartment was in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Lots of room for the three of us. Secure underground parking was great. Loved the patio and the view from the kitchen Had a bit of water backup in the shower drain, but it didn't happen everyday, so not sure why it happened. Great to have a washer and clothes drying rack, beach umbrellas and beach/pool towels. We would recommend staying here, as it was close enough to everything. Check in and check out were very easy. A dream with a view!

Albufeira is the perfect town if you want it all...cuisine, centrally located in the Algarve, beach and party. THE VIEW from balcony is pectacular and tricked someone in thinking we were on a greek island The apartmemt is PERFECTLY situated where you are 5 to 10min walk to restaurants/bars and same distance to the beach. Any closer and you may be able to hear Neil Diamond or Lionel Ritchie "all night long" LOL. Added bonus to this accomodation is underground parking (a must for me in portugal) and quaint rooftop pool. Stafan and his wife were LOVELY. One of the BEST accomodations ive had. If the stars line up will be back soon!. Thanks Algarve you did not dissapoint❤️

Nice apartment

Overall, nice experience. Clean unit. Shower does not drain (we were informed upon check in) and parking is extra even though there is a dedicated spot that was empty for the unit. The sliding door did not lock and when brought to the local property manager attention he was aware of the issue. When we checked out he said to pay him €30 on the spot for the door that was clearly damaged before we arrived.

USA Approved!!!

First - Stephan and his lovely wife who take care of the apartment were amazing. They picked us up at the train station and gave us a great run down of the area for our short ride. When we walked through the door my two college aged girls said WOW MOM!!!! And every room we went into they had the same reaction. Great view of the water and overlooking the town below. CLEAN - everything you need. Nice patio off the dining area - great pool and perfect size for 3 adults! I let them share the king bed while I took the interior room with no window. i have to admit when I booked I thought that this room was a bit odd and thought may be stuffy but you quickly realize hardly in there during the day and by leaving a small door open to living room the cool air makes it’s way in! Mattresses were very comfortable! Extra pillows and face cloths would be the only thing I would suggest to have as well as a stool of some sort for the shower to shave legs - otherwise I rate the place a big 10! Would definitely stay there again if ever we visit Old Town in the future!

Good location but lacks in other areas!

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of location, otherwise it would be less. You can walk to beach, dining and shopping very easily. The place was had a nice view of water and the village. Upon arrival I was told to contact the house keeper and meet him at a parking lot. This did not go well, the address given by the owner, Tobias, was not specific enough and we spent almost an hour trying to find each other. This was not a great start, very frustrating. But after we meet Stephan we were taken to the place and showed around. Some suggestions...bed needs more comfortable pillows and more of them. Also, have some water for your guests. I've stayed at other properties where the owner has had the frig stocked with basic items. And $80 euro for cleaning???? That's a lot!!!! We were only there 2 nights...showered once and never used the kitchen...oh and when arrived there were cigarette butts all over patio...that is not clean to me!!! If your looking for a beautiful beach resort we stumbled upon the Pine Cliffs Resort when looking for a beach...this is where I would stay next time.

We are sorry that you could not enjoy your holiday, but: - you were the first guests who where not able to find the meetingpoint, even if we gave you the directions. This one is on mainstreet in Albufeira, so that you can not fail this one. As we said it is an good idea to check up Google Maps before to get an idea where you are going to go and where you can meet our housekeeper. - we think our bed is quite comfortable. We changed the matrassess in May 2016. you could have seen on the pictures that we do not have 5 pillows per Person. - our cleaningwoman is very tidy and systematic. But we are sorry that you saw cigarette buts on the patio. We will let her know, so that it will never happen again. - actually we do not prepare bottels of water for our guests. This is an apartment and no hotel room. But we do have Shampoo and shower gel. This is really good for an apartment. - we do write on the page of fewo-direkt.de that check out is possible between 8-11am. If you need to go earlier or later please let us know. So you did not say that you want to leave to another time, so you can't complain about that. And of course our housekeeper will check you out to see if there is everything fine in the apartment and with our guests and to get back the keys and garage opener. I think that you just did not inform yourself enough. We are sorry for all faults which belong to our responsibility.

Au top du top!

Ce fut des vacances superbe, L’appartement est magique avec la vue sur l’Océan, la plage est a 100m, que des bons restaurants aux alentours.. la piscine est très agréable en rentrant de la plage La seule petite chose à perfectionner, c’est de mettre une clim dans la petite chambre.., car il fait vite chaud! Super experience! Obrigada!

Bonne situation.....mais équipements à revoir : pas de parasol ou de store sur la terrasse rendant le déjeuner impossible....porte fenêtre très très difficile à ouvrir....odeurs de moisissures dans meuble de cuisine...aucun produits d'accueil en cuisine....couchage trop mou et oreillers à revoir....et surprise à l'arrivée de devoir payer en supplément le parking non signalé sur l'annonce....

Magnifique séjour !

Nous étions 5 amis à passer un week end à Albufeira. Stefan nous a de suite très bien accueilli et informé. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer le propriétaire, mais il était toujours disponible rapidement par mail. De magnifiques vacances ! Appartement situé à 5 minutes de la mer, et proche de tout commerces, bars, boites, activités nautiques et autres. La vie nocturne est incroyable. Seule la wifi n'a pas marché pendant notre séjour, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. La ville mêle à la fois repos et amusement, c'est pourquoi je recommande fortement cet appartement car le rapport qualité/prix est très bon (voire excellent) Merci encore Tobias pour ces belles vacances, et à bientôt !
