A one-time departure cleaning fee of $390 applies at the time of booking. Turn-key weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeper services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis to suit your needs.

As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted.
