Mid-level contains the front entrance with access to the street and your private parking.
Upper level contains a Master bedroom with a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. A private covered balcony with an ocean view awaits you.
Electricity and water are expensive in Nicaragua and are not included with the price of the villa. If you are careful with the use of air-conditioning and water, the cost can be reasonable. We seen anywhere from $90 to over $300 per month. If you staying one day to a week it is a $ 35 cleaning fee. All these costs can be paid at the administrative office of the hotel at check out.
