Villa Palmere nestled 30 mts above the beach inside Villas Playa Maderas. We have fiber optics as good as any city in the world. This villa shares the pool with another villa. An unforgettable place, 11 km from San Juan del Sur to relax and have the best experience with family and friends, enjoying amazing sunsets and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean.
You can enjoy many different spaces around the Villa. In front you have the grass under the palm trees to watch the waves. You have a view of the bay, a direct view of the rock of Playa Maderas for the most incredible sunsets. Behind the villa there is a large dining area and grill with good shade during the day.
Take a dip in the 13m infinity pool or use your own direct access to the beach. There are different small private terraces around the pool. A great feature is the traditional nicaraguan palapa where you can enjoy shade and a fresh breeze where you canl enjoy the waves. You can use it for reading, work remotely on great wifi, dinner or party. The pool also has its own bathroom. Its normal to ask to have breakfast or dinner served at the palapa and enjoy traditional nicaragua style of living.
A complete experience of both views and nature, very private with 24 hour security and housekeeping, kitchen staff at your service on request. The staff can help you with the grill and cooking.
We have excellent fiber optic wifi to work remotely or study from home.

Playa Maderas is a social beach still with an original nicaraguan vibe. You can go to rustic restaurants on both sides - swim - surf - ride a horse - or just lay back and enjoy the sun. Our villa is beachfront with the best location, in the edge of a forest with trails and howler monkeys. And the location has some of the best views in Nicaragua â including the view to Maderas Rock.

And at the same time you have this kind of adventure with activities inside the property including hiking and monkeys. You have pool and direct beach access. and can go surf or take surf lessons at the beach. Bonfire and horseback riding is also popular there.
There are many possiblities for doing things together - and combine it with each of you can do some of your own. Private massage and pedicure, yoga lessons, private fitness trainer are also options.
A perfect family base where you easily can keep your kids occupied. And feel like home â and on an adventure at the same time.
