Bring your favourite people to relax in this lovely family beach home located just 5 mins walk to the magnificent Middleton Surf Beach and a short drive to top eating spots and wineries.

Featuring a large, open plan kitchen/meals and living space which opens onto an expansive entertainers balcony and then also a second living area downstairs with kitchenette, this is one house the whole family will enjoy.
With special permission you might also bring your fur baby with you to enjoy beach walks and back yard cricket with the family. Please ask first. Sorry no puppies under 2 years.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master is upstairs with private en-suite. There is also a third toilet on this level.
Downstairs there is a queen bed in one bedroom and two sets of single bunk beds in the other. The family bathroom services both these bedrooms. There is also a queen size fold out sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Please bring your own sheets and doona for this bed if you need to use it.
From the downstairs living room you can head straight outside via sliding glass doors, to the backyard where kids can play in the fully fenced lawned area. The bbq is also situated on the back patio.
Strictly non smoking and no party policy.
No Schoolies.
Please advise if you’re bringing your dog. A $75 pet fee will apply.

Bring the bikes and enjoy rides to Victor Harbor or across to Goolwa along the coastal bike path.
Enjoy a surfing lesson or perhaps a long afternoon of good food and wine at one of several local wineries.
Along with many eateries and shopping opportunities in nearby Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, this is the perfect place to bring the Grandparents and a couple of the kids cousins too and make some lasting family memories.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
