This four-bedroom split-level home contains:
Bottom house
* Bedroom 1: Queen bed with wardrobe
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed & bunk bed with wardrobe
* Large open plan kitchen & dining area
* Lounge area with couch and TV
* Main bathroom with shower, bath & separate toilet
* Private balcony with outdoor dining table & chairs.

Upper house
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed with wardrobe
* Bedroom 4: Queen bed with wardrobe
* Kitchenette
* Casual lounge area with TV
* Second bathroom with shower, spa (not in use) & toilet

House is located 5 mins from Goughs Bay.
Explore the local township such as Mansfield (15mins away), take your children to the Maze & Art Gallery only minutes from the house.
Visit Delatite Winery or visit the Mansfield Zoo only 10 mins away.


THINGS TO NOTE

General House Rules
Treat It Like Home – We kindly ask all guests to respect the space as they would their own home.
No Parties – This is a peaceful holiday retreat, not a venue for events or celebrations.
No Pets – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Guest Limit – Maximum of 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) per booking.
Private Use Only – Bookings must be for private residential stays only, unless agreed in advance.
Spas Not Operational – both the indoor and outdoor spas are not in use.
Infinity Pool – The pool is not heated but is solar-assisted. Best enjoyed between November & April.
No Firepits or Fireplaces – There is no outdoor firepit or indoor open fireplace.
Quiet Hours – Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM & 8:00 AM.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Check-in Method: Self check-in via secure key lockbox (details provided before arrival).
Guest Access: You’ll have exclusive access to the bottom two levels of the home.
The top floor is privately locked and unoccupied during your stay.

Ample Parking is available, including space for a boat or trailer.
Steep Driveway & Stairs – The property features a steep driveway and multiple staircases—please take care, especially with children or mobility concerns.

Wi-Fi: Free and available throughout the home.
EV Charging: A Type 2 EV charger (32 amp) is available on the private driveway.
Heating & Cooling: The home has climate control systems for your comfort (details provided in the guest guide).
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, basic pantry items, fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
Linen & Towels: All provided, including bedding, bath towels, and basic toiletries.
Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Children Welcome – Please supervise children, especially around the pool, stairs, and driveway.
Baby Equipment: Highchair and cot may be available on request (please confirm ahead of time).
