Grandview #614 -  This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Had ground floor unit that had excellent view of the lake. Ducks came to visit--enjoyed their company and opportunity to feed. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals.

Best condo in the complex

I was really impressed by the cleanliness and amenities of this condo. I’ve stayed on the property before, but this was better than others.

Family trip

Get location for family trip-easy walkable access to town, great kid friendly pool. A few issues with appliances but maintenance was very quick to respond and fix. Highly recommend

Destination relaxation

We had a relaxing stay. One trip to Slide Waters and a trip to the farmers market. We cooked all but one meal at the condo. I did set off the smoke alarm when I burnt the toast. The swimming pool was extremely cold but that didn’t deter the kids at all, much harder on the adults. All in all we had a great visit to Chelan.

Connie at the front desk was rude and incompetent. We got there 10 minutes before check in and Connie said they were doing the final inspection. The fridge did not work no lock on the back door they had a stick. GETTO

Great time!

We love this place! Second time we’ve stayed. Love that we could walk out the slider and the lake is right there. We brought our boat and we’re able to park the trailer at the high school for the time we stayed, and we’re able to anchor our boat right infront of our room! We will be back!

Yearly trip

My family and I had an amazing time enjoying the lake, swimming in the pool/hot tub or water slide. You could jump into the lake straight from our deck. I especially liked morning walks into town. We liked it so much we are going to make this a yearly getaway

Not a Luxury condo

The condo looks like a converted motel room, and it is located across from the underground parking garage. The door to the parking garage would slam shut throughout the night, as guests came in and out, since it was one of the few entries to the lower level. Our neighbors above us had 8-10 gentlemen staying in the condo, and they played soccer indoors. and sounded like a heard of elephants until 5am. We found a gentleman sleeping on an air mattress, on the balcony above us, and he proceeded to brush his teeth and spit down onto our lower level. We complained to the front desk, and they went up and knocked on their door, but nothing really changed until they checked out. The wifi was horrible. Definitely don’t qualify this as a luxury anything, and the price was more than we spend on a luxury three bedroom condo in Hawaii per night.

Family get away

We went to Chelan for a long weekend. I had work on Tues-Thur and my kids had virtual school on Tues and Thur. First, the wifi was terrible. We had no wifi in our bedroom at all and the wifi in the rest of our room was not even stable enough for one of us to be online on a zoom call. My kids could not do school and I had to go to Starbucks to work. For as expensive as this was, it was awful. Second, I spoke to the front desk about it on Monday. Hoping someone might suggest we change rooms or they might accommodate in some way. NOTHING was suggested. I will never stay here again or recommend it. We had to leave on Tuesday night, so paid for two nights we didn't use. I will never stay here again, nor will I ever recommend it. Terrible customer service at the front desk. They don't answer the phones either. I come to Chelan several times a year with my family, so I will take my business elsewhere.
