Framed by floor-to-ceiling views, the open layout features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures. From the cozy seating in the living room, gaze out at water views, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The adjacent full kitchen is sure to make your home chef smile with its stainless steel appliances and center island. When you are ready to eat, the wooden dining table is prepared to host all of your meals.

Wandering down the hall, you'll discover the home's laundry room, comfortable bedrooms, and sizable bathrooms. The primary bedroom is complete with an en suite bathroom, equipped with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A work desk and walk-in closet are also available in this space. Additional key features you'll appreciate about the home's interior include a Pack-N-Play for the littles, a board game collection, and central air-conditioning for those warm summer days.

As the sun begins to set over the water, sit back and enjoy wonderful views from the back deck.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
