This is a Fabulous 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths luxury beachfront condo, located at Sotogrande Beach Condominium, inside the Magnificent Cap Cana Resort, only a few steps to our Private Beach within the Condominium.

Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with Private Bathroom attached.

Secondary Bedroom has two Queen Sized Beds. Both Bedrooms with Ocean View!

This condo is located on 2nd level and has a private terrace with ocean view to freshen up during our eternal sunny days. Easy access to unit from Lobby.

Sotogrande Condominium has an amazing pool lounging area and an amazing private beach spot which our guests may enjoy as well.

Mini Market delivery services are available. They take your order directly to the apartment.

Peaceful Stay...

Rosa's property provided everything we needed for our stay and exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and clean with nice linens and all basic kitchen utensils necessary. Excellent choice for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Great Romantic Getaway!

Sotogrande was an amazing place to stay in Cap Cana! We really enjoyed the private beach and pool. We don’t speak Spanish really at all but we were able to navigate just fine. I suggest getting a car or golf cart.

Lovely unit very secluded.

The condo is well decorated as you seen on the pictures, is very empty the complex it looks very desolated. You need a car to explore around because cabs are pricey. But the unit is in great shape, confortable beds and everything you need on the bathrooms and kitchen. Lovely view from the main pool but nobody was there on our visit you have a feeling that the rest of the complex is abandoned. Even though everything inside is high end and well designed. Overall wonderful unit with everything you need for a quiet lovely vacation.

Our family vacation of forever memories almost ruined until we left this unsafe property, Apt 3202 at Sotogrande. The host, was very unresponsive through different platforms. The sliding glass door to enter the apartment from the backside did not lock, and was reported to the host right away. She finally responded that it had been like that for a long time. This was unsafe and unacceptable. She told me through email to find someone on the property of a certain name and get him to look at it. I could never find him. The jacuzzi did not work, and host said she would send someone the next day in which no one showed the whole day. She was informed again, and she replied again with sending someone the following day. The apartment was not beachfront as described, but ocean view. The toilets barely flushed. There was dangerous construction all around, with the ceiling in front of our apartment door falling and shattering pieces coming under the door. There were metal beams left hanging at head level. The pool near the beach was only 3/4 available, as it was under construction too. Much of the Sotogrande property this apartment is located in was under construction. The ceiling at the doorway in the master bedroom inside the apt had a leak and was caving in. Some of these could have been fixed promptly, but the host did not care. We ended up having to leave to another place to stay away from this property due to unsafe conditions, misleading descriptions, and an unresponsive host.

A perfect location for social distancing

The property was beautiful and ornate. The owner's home is fully furnished. The cleaning staff missed some food left out in the open, so there was a miniature ant problem we were unable to extinguish during our stay. For future stays, make sure to have enough groceries for your entire stay. It becomes a bit costly and problematic entering and leaving the gated community. The owner was always readily available via telephone to assist when needed. Once we worked through the logistics, our stay was relaxing and quiet.
