The Space:

The open layout features a cozy queen bed, a full bathroom, and a small sitting area with a sofa—perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a small dining table by the windows, great for enjoying a meal or getting some work done.



Natural light fills the space through several windows, giving it an airy and welcoming feel. The studio also includes a compact kitchenette with a sink, ideal for preparing light meals.



Guests have their own private entrance, with a small outdoor brick patio area just outside the door. It’s a simple, clean, and quiet place to stay while enjoying all that Southampton has to offer.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



IMPORTANT NOTES :

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- No pets allowed.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
