The perfect house for a family-and-friends getaway! The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The home is very comfortable and well-suited for larger groups, especially families with small children. We loved our daily walks to the beach and exploring the nearby towns. Great Family Getaway

Our family (16) spent a week at the property and found the house and property in good order, comfortable and convenient to the bay and other attractions. I would definitely recommend it as a great family vacation.

Daniel and his wife provided a huge home for our getaway complete with a gorgeous kitchen, all the amenities mentioned in the listing, and more. Although we didn't use the pool, we made so many memories in the yard, game room, biking around the beautiful neighborhood, and re-connecting in the spacious family rooms. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house for a family get-together!

This was our second stay at this house. We find it a comfortable place for our whole family—generously sized rooms and beautiful pool and outdoor area. We look forward to making it a yearly tradition!

Family Vacation

This was an amazing house that my family thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect size for our family. The owner was amazing and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Lovely, spacious, well-situated house

The house has plenty of sleeping spaces, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, several comfortable living/TV rooms and an amazing double kitchen. The host is responsive and so helpful. We had an idyllic weekend here.

Wonderful getaway

Great stay

The house is very large and furnished nicely. We were a group of three families spanning three generations so we appreciated the first floor bedroom and the many bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for gathering from the huge kitchen to family room and other bonus rooms, and the pool and proximity to neighborhood private beach were great. Host is very responsive and helpful - great interactions with him.

Amazing house for a family get-away!

The house is spacious with large, well-appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, communal rooms and an amazing kitchen. The pool was beautiful and the automatic pool cover was a great safety feature for little kids. The location is excellent—a short drive to Sag Harbor, Southampton beaches and vineyards. The host was very responsive and met us in person at the beginning and end of our week. I would definitely stay again!

Great for a large family!

We had a great time together at Daniels home. Plenty of room for all of us and the playroom was a huge hit with the little kids. Daniel was very responsive and gave us a tour of the neighborhood when we got there which we greatly appreciated. Overall the week was memorable for all of us!

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch sunset every night.

Absolute gem! Great multi-generational home!

This home was perfect for our extended family’s thanksgiving celebration. Gourmet kitchen supplied with everything a big celebration could require. Unbelievable hospitality- and room for a large group. We did a jigsaw puzzle, played epic games of ping pong and watched a lot of football and went to shelter island and sag harbor. Thanks for hosting our great time!

Amazing huge house by the Bay

We had two families sharing this large home for three week. Great pool, indoor ping pong. Large yard to play on amd one. Lock from the private beach. House provided bikes, kayak and paddle board. Owner was great to deal with. Highly recommend

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I highly recommend this property. The House was immaculately clean. The house had everything a family could need or want. The house is 1 block from the beach. The property manager was always available and responsive to texts, however, was not intrusive at all. Our entire experience was 5 star!

Amazing experience in the Hamptons

The property is as advertised! We loved staying at this house. More than enough space for our group of 11. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was clean, big, and heated! Short walk to the bay - collected shells and rocks. 15-20 minute drives to each of the hamlets. If we travel to the Hamptons again, we will stay here!

A great girls trip!!!

The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of place to spread out and enjoy the space. The house was very spacious and had plenty of entertainment- the owner had everything you can imagine that you may need for a stay. The house is clean and in great shape. Such a great neighborhood to walk in and the beach is so nice and close by. Highly recommend for a fun Hamptons get away. The owner is very accommodating and flexible. He was accessible for restaurant/ activity recommendations.

Best experience!

Daniel (and his wife) were so friendly and accommodating! They hada welcome package and a departure gift (thoughtful) for our children. It's a "REAL" beach house and steps away from a breathtaking bay and gorgeous sunsets. Home provides kayaks and paddle boards, well situated, PERFECT for families, or anyone wanting space and comfort. We hope to come back very soon. Don't think twice, book this place!

Family Celebration

14 of us gathered for a celebration of life for my parents, who were also grandparents to our kids. We were also celebrating a 60th birthday and two 50th birthdays. The house is walking distance to the bay and has a nice heated pool with a sizeable yard. The interior of the house is large and well maintained. The host was very responsive with any questions and requests we had. We had a great time together.

The Perfect Place!!

We just returned from a very relaxing week in this beautiful home. It is spacious and beautifully designed to welcome a family group and to give you privacy when you want it. The owners have thoughtfully provided for any need their guests might have and are easy to communicate with for any questions. There is a really beautiful bay beach just around the corner. Great for children to play and swim and quite private. The pool is great too so you will be happy just relaxing on the property. The location of the house is convenient to both Sag Harbor and Southampton if you want to venture out. My family is hoping to return next year!

Overall great stay in a great location! Extremely family friendly - a heated pool with an automatic cover that felt very safe, swing set, nice yard, short walk to beach on the bay, all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, black out curtains in every bedroom iykyk, playroom full of toys, crib, etc.. Daniel provided so many home and pool/beach essentials so it made packing for our week long trip with littles very easy. Daniel was very communicative and easy to reach. He had noticed an issue with the pool cover upon our arrival and got someone over right away to fix it so we had a safe pool for our visit. We had issues with the WIFI for the first couple of days so he worked with Optimum to fix it.

Great family home

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with a family of 9 here. The house is very spacious with lots of spaces for people to spend time alone or together. Daniel was very responsive and it all made for an easy and relaxing stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It is so close to the bay. Even on hot days, it is a bit cooler being so close to the bay. Easy to get to Sag Harbor and Southampton. Great neighborhood to ride around on a bike, go for a walk or run. Great outdoor space. Firepit, grill and outdoor seating for dinner. The house has lots of room to get away from others to read a book or watch TV by yourself. With the finished basement it is over 9,000sq feet.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

During the social distancing / pandemic times, you can feel safe here and almost be able to forget about the world's problems for a bit. The beach is never crowded. Walks and bicycle rides are carefree as you won't run into many other people.
