Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.
Aqua Vista is the second floor apartment with a separate entrance.
My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
This property has two apartments. The Aqua Vista Apt.2 and The Sandpiper Apt. 1 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties

Great 2 bedroom unit. Near train station and shelter island ferry. Everything in greenport is easily walkable. Nice little kitchen for nights that you want to stay in.

The apartment is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Greenport. Right down the street from the Shelter Island ferry which we took to go hiking. Enjoyed our stay!

This place was a dream. Super comfortable. The host has thought of everything, including a sweet holiday welcome gift. Everything is in walking distance- I didn't use my car for 2 days. It was wonderful to walk along the water into town. What a great retreat!

This was our second stay at Aqua Vista. We love the property. The house is recently renovated and everything is brand new. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is located close to the beach and center of the town with all of the restaurants. The property manager is a great host. We enjoyed our visit to the fullest.

Perfect Holiday Stay!

This was a perfect holiday stay!! The home was walking distance to and from family and town. The home had everything that was needed. It was a home away from home. Most of all the host was so nice and communicative prior to and during our stay!

Greenport getaway

I was looking for a quiet, enjoyable place near the water and got just what I was looking for. My visit was during the off season early in the week so there wasn’t much to do in town but that was exactly what I was looking for. Really enjoyed it and look forward to returning in the future.

What a great little spot in a great little town. The location couldn’t be easier and convenient. The train is literally across the street and Main Street a 5 min walk to the water and shops! The Apt is clean, well appointed, and so comfortable. This was a real find!!

Perfect vineyard wedding weekend

The property was perfect. Host Christopher never made an appearance, but he had thought of everything. The house was clean and well-equipped with cleaning supplies, ample linens and amenities. We absolutely love Greenport; we have a dear friend who lives in nearby Orient so we come often. We felt privileged to be able to stay in the center of Greenport, with easy access to everything up and down the North Fork during that weekend wedding.

Great apartment in Greenport village

We’ve been to Greenport many times and have been looking for a comfortable place to stay. We have found it. The location is a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. The place is newly renovated and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice deck. The only downside to the location is that the street is where the line forms for Shelter Island ferry so there is more traffic than you’d expect for a residential street. It’s not particularly noisy, but a bus does run to the ferry, so it is noticeable. The LIRR station is about a block away so there are train horns a few times per day (including about 6 am on weekdays) but it wasn’t a big problem. Highly recommend the property.
