This beautiful Bay Head home has been completely renovated in 2024 with a brand new kitchen, all new bathrooms, new linens and window coverings, a new outdoor shower, updated floors and a new surf shack off the pool. This lovely, bright bay head home is just steps to a very quiet beach. A rare find at the Jersey shore, this home has a large pool and private back yard, five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a powder room as well as an outdoor shower. A peloton bike for cycling enthusiasts! There are porches off the first and second floor of the house. It is the perfect family escape.

Can’t recommend this house enough! The location is perfect and the house is superb. It’s fully stocked and ready for renters. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick as well. Will definitely be back.

This was the ideal house for our family vacation. The house is serenely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 4 grown children. The kitchen is well stocked with enough plates, glasses and silverware that are all in good condition. There is an ample amount of beach towels and bathing towels available. The location in Bay Head is perfect and an easy walk to the beach. After a day at the beach, we relaxed by the pool and cooked at the house most nights. Check in was very easy and the host was readily available for any questions. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great house!!!

Steps from the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants including Charlie’s and Theresa’s. Pool is huge! Owner was super responsive and plenty of space. We had 6 of us. Could easily hold more! Overall a great stay!

Bay Head Gem

First time renting in Bay Head and won’t be the last. The property is outstanding, very functional for a family of 10 and spotless. Great heated pool and backyard, large kitchen and dining area with brand new appliances. Host is extremely responsive and a pleasure to interact with. The beach is so close that it takes only a few minutes to walk from the house.

Amazing Property! Close to the beach

Loved our stay. The location is perfectly located to the beach and downtown Bay Head. Erica the host was accomodating, responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and the pool was a great addition to have after a long day at the beach. Looking forward to staying at this house for many years to come.

A great location, a few steps from the beach
.plenty of room at Erica’s spacious home for 10 of us
.any issues were resolved quickly and Erica checked in with follow up
.the pool area was an added bonus

Memorial day fun

This was a great property with a perfect location for walking to beach, boardwalk, coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and with plenty of space for my family to hang out. We would consider renting again.

The location in Bay Head is incredible and the host is very responsive and accommodating. She handled any questions very quickly. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because the kitchen/kitchen supplies need to be upgraded/replaced to facilitate those of us who like to eat cook on vacation. That change would increase the overall value tradeoff.

Great location! Minutes to the beach and center of town!

Enjoyed our stay in Bay Head last week! This property has a great location; minutes to the beach and center of town. The house was neat, clean and in good order for a rental property. The pool had a heating problem the day after we arrived. Erica Bell, owner, did a great job expediting the repair. She was easily accessible, kind and courteous. Thank you Erica!
