Open concept with gorgeous new furnishings & finishing touches so all that you need to worry about is unpacking. 3 levels of living space along with the garage level which has an additional game room area. Parking for 6 vehicles, 10 courtesy badges to the beach, bikes & more. Immediately one of the coolest rentals in town... make it yours this Summer!
âââââââAmenities-- Sheets, Pillowcases, Blankets and Bath Towels are provided with rental. Guest must bring own Beach Towels. Keurig coffee maker.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
