Vous voulez vous évader sur les plages du New Jersey? Un excellent emplacement à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Point Pleasant, à seulement un pùté de maisons au nord de Bay Head.
Avec la plage et l'océan Atlantique à seulement 100 pieds, une seule maison et une dune de sable se dressent entre vous et les plages de sable blanc du New Jersey.
À proximitĂ©, profitez de grands magasins et de magasins d'alimentation spĂ©cialisĂ©s, d'activitĂ©s de loisirs, d'excellents restaurants, de parcs Ă  thĂšme (Great Adventure), ou tout simplement mettez vos pieds et passez du temps.
De plus, promenez-vous le long de la promenade Jenkinson à proximité ou le long de l'avenue East à Bay Head.

La maison est situĂ©e entre le Delaware et Maryland Avenue en PPB. La carte du site indique Harvard mais c'est en fait Maryland Ave oĂč l'accĂšs Ă  la plage se fait pendant la saison estivale jusqu'Ă  la plage surveillĂ©e.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location with the beach steps away. We rented this house for Christmas week while we were moving out of state and it was wonderful! The house is bright, clean has everything you need and plenty of room and beds! The owner checked in on us and was attentive to the weather and our needs during our stay. Great house!

The house and property were very clean. The description of the area and beach access are as described. Steve (host) was easy to communicate with and very informative. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and the dogs had lots of exercise at the beach.

We stayed at Steve’s property and had a fantastic family vacation! His property was described perfectly, so clean and his communication was excellent. The location was ideal for everyone in our family and so close to the boardwalk and lots of good restaurants. Worth the walk to Mueller’s Bakery! So delicious! Not to mention the fenced in backyard to hang out with the furry family members! Thanks so much for everything!

Wonderful place!

This house was perfect for an infant, two pre-schoolers and 7 adults. Plenty of room to spread out and the three levels allowed for privacy. While not 'on' the ocean, it was so close that the kids went back and forth numerous times per day and, with no roads to cross, it was simple.The house is beautifully equipped from the kitchen to beach equipment. It is an easy walk to the bakery, numerous eating places and the boardwalk. All in all, I would give it an A

Lovely beach house

Lovely house & location. We had a great time visiting Point Pleasant Beach, this was walkable to some restaurants, easy beach access, and the house had everything we needed for hanging out and cooking at home. If we’re ever back in the area, I will definitely try to book with Steve - he made the process easy & was great with communication! 10/10

Christmas at the beach

This was our second Christmas staying at this property. Works nicely for our large family gathering, infant - 89yo & a dog! Host was great with information and having the beach right there is the cherry on top of a delicious sundae!

Fantastic house, Great location!

This was the second time we rented this house for a get together of 8 college friends. The house is beautiful and well kept with everything you could need. Location is great - there's only one house between this one and the beach. Great to relax on the top deck, watch the sunset and feel and hear the ocean. The owner is very nice and extremely organized. Always ready to help with anything you need, but also stays out of the way when you're there to enjoy the property. I HIGHLY recommend this house and host!!

Amazing vacation!

Our family from New York, New Jersey and Virginia met up for a small family reunion. We had from 6 months to 95years old all together in this home. The home is so generous in space, plenty of beds to accommodate our group and the home was graciously stocked. This owner went the extra mile with complimentary items and was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great! So close to the beach and right on the line of Bay Head and Point Pleasant. There was more to do there than we had time to do. I I would definitely love to plan another vacation in this home in the near future. We just had such a wonderful time it it was too short !

Best Rental

I rented the house with my four grown children and their spouses. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, well set up and one house off the beach. We had a wonderful time. My kids had friends come to visit and the house never felt congested. In addition the owner of the property was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach house for our extended family

Lots of space for our extended family of 12 - including 4 small children. Good layout for bedrooms/baths, large well equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. Much enjoyed by all. Host is nearby and very attentive! We’ve returned here for several years and hope to do so again.

Wonderful beach home!!

The home was perfect. The house was extremely clean. We had some little kids so having the beach right outside the home was a nice easy walk. The beach was clean and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The host was just the best. We had forgot 2 bags in the closet and he is shipping home for us. I just cant say enough about the host, house, and location. This was one of the best vacations our family has had and we have been renting and going to the Jersey shore for last 8 years.

I spent a week with my family - Children, grandchildren and 3 dogs plus my husband and muself. The bed/bath setup provided pleanty of room for our 9 adults and one 17 year old girl. The house is spacious, close to the beach and has a roomy kitchen. There is also plenty of seating in the living room and a lovely deck. Everything is provided! We grilled once, walked to 4 different restaurants and walked to the boardwalk for ice cream and arcades every evening. It is also a short from from a beach that is not overcrowded. We had a great week in Point Pleasant!

Fishing trip

Stayed at Stephen’s lovely home for a fishing trip with the guys, unfortunately the fishing was cancelled early morning due to bad weather. Stephen was extremely accommodating to us and even extended an early checkin time under those circumstances. Had a large group but everyone slept comfortably in their own beds, which isn’t always the norm. 10/10 stay and would recommend Stephen’s great home to anyone. Thanks again man.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

1904 Beacon Lane is at the far southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just a block north of Bay Head, NJ. Enjoy walks or biking along Bay Head's East Avenue, frequent the Bay Head shops around Bridge Avenue, or head a short distance north to Point Pleasant Beach's stores, restaurants and boardwalk. Terrific location for the beach, ocean, and all beach-type activities- or just plain relaxing. Great set up and location for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a vacation at the beach. At the quieter end of town, but close enough to what Point Pleasant Beach has to offer - the shops, restaurants, clubs, fishing, boardwalk rides, arcades, and mini-golf. You can lounge at the beach or head to the outlets off the Garden State Parkway (15 minutes) or to the Jackson's outlets (30 minutes) - the same exit off of I-195 for Great Adventure. The North Jersey Coast Line is minutes away so you can take a train to NYC for the day. Non-Smoking Home. Minimum Rental Requirements: 25 years of age or older
