The Baywatcher is a charming 3-bedroom bach perched on the hilltop of Orkney Road, boasting stunning views over the bay, the Mount, Harbour Hills, and a cheeky glimpse of the ocean. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it’s perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxed, comfortable spot to unwind and enjoy the best of the Bay.



Inside, you’ll find a fresh, modern kitchen (hello coffee machine!) ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family feast. The living spaces are cosy and comfy, with two heat pumps to keep things just right upstairs and down.



There are three bedrooms set up perfectly for families or groups: two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, plus two separate toilets, and a large downstairs bedroom with a queen and two single beds, plus a separate bathroom with a bathtub - great if you’re travelling with grandparents or two families.



The big backyard is a dream for kids to run around and play, and the small deck is ideal for firing up the BBQ and soaking in those awesome views. You’ll also have off-street parking for two cars, plus a washing machine and dryer to make life easy.



Location-wise, you’re just a stone’s throw from great playgrounds, the New World supermarket, Mount Skate Park, Bay Oval, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Being right opposite Mount Maunganui Primary School means you might catch the sound of kids playing mixed with the waves rolling in - a genuine slice of Kiwi coastal life.

-The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
