Wonderful accommodations. Well stocked kitchen for dine in meals. Balcony is large and great for watching the sunsets. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this condo and we love the venue, the beach and the size of the condo. Unfortunately, this year the floors were not vacuumed thoroughly, there was mold on the ceiling around the ac vents, the dryer lint screen was put in backwards causing blue lint to disperse all over everything, and sand toys/beach chairs were stored full of sand so that it got all over the floors when being moved. Also, a couple of the beds are hard and need a mattress topper of some sort for comfort. And the non-working burners on the stove that we reported last year were not replaced or working so preparing meals was difficult. With a little maintenance and TLC this place would be excellent!

It means a lot that you chose Sea Oats 106 by JC Resorts for a second visit, and we’re sorry this stay didn’t live up to the first, Annette. We appreciate you taking the time to point out the areas that needed more attention. We’ve followed up with housekeeping to make sure the floors and beach equipment have been properly cleaned, and the areas around the A/C vents have been addressed. We’ve also had the dryer vent professionally cleaned, and an A/C company will be inspecting the system. The stove has been tested and is working as designed, and we’ve inspected the mattresses and are discussing replacement or toppers with the owner. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back to a stay that feels just as special as your first.

The property at Sea Oats was very well maintained. Our unit was very clean when we arrived. The condo was very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. It was clean and warm despite the cooler evenings. The location was great. Lots of restaurants with parking available. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend any unit at Sea Oats.

The condo was very clean and as described. I was irritated because the room wasn't ready until almost 5pm. Check in was a little confusing because you have to check in at a different location. The property itself is very well maintained and the view is amazing. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. The mattresses in the master definitely need replaced! Thats really my only complaint. That mattress is probably the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I really love the Sea Oats location and plan on staying in the future.

JC Resorts were very responsive when we needed to contact them for a few minor issues. We were a little disappointed with some of the kitchen amenities. There were only 3 paper towels left on the holder to get us started. No dish soap and very flimsy dish rags. While they say the kitchen is fully stocked there were limitations. Can opener did not work, there were no hot pads to remove items from the oven, 1 of the hair dryers did not work - thankfully they had one in each bathroom so we shared one that worked. For the price to stay, they could have provided a better "starter" package until we could get to a store to purchase what was needed for a week stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck seating! And the property/grounds is very well maintained
