Belle unité de coin 2bed / 2bath en bord de mer avec jacuzzi et FP électrique!

Unité de coin spectaculaire au bord de la plage, située au bord de la mer, à Redington Shores, au premier étage et comprenant 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Nouvellement rénové avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol, comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les deux salles de bains, backspash en marbre et des robinets à température contrôlée LED personnalisés dans la cuisine et salle de bain principale. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine! Notre nouvelle cheminée est particulièrement confortable et romantique.

La suite principale comprend un bain à remous à 8 jets avec chauffage intégré et pomme de douche à effet de pluie / massage pour un confort sans fin semblable à celui d'un spa!

La chambre a à la fois un lit queen et un lit double avec dressing géant et se fixe au 2e bain accessible depuis la chambre et le couloir.

Sea Oats Beach Resort a récemment refait surface des courts de tennis (raquettes et balles dans notre unité), des cabanes en tiki, plusieurs barbecues au gaz et une piscine chauffée avec salles de bains et douche extérieure! Il y a un ascenseur. Le propriétaire fournit des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un parasol et des planches de boogie.

Veuillez noter que nous louons du samedi au samedi uniquement pendant les hautes saisons de printemps et d'été.

This was the most beautiful condo! It had everything you could possibly need and more. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the check-in process was simple and seamless. Lauren responded quickly whenever we had questions and provided immediate, helpful answers. In all our years of staying in this area, this was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

The condo was more than advertised! It was very clean, well equipped, and we were very comfortable! We were very happy with everything and have already booked it for next year! The views of the gulf were amazing! The owners were very responsive throughout! We had the privilege of meeting them and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Everything was wonderful. We love being right on the water and seeing the sunsets from our balcony. The host was very attentive and sweet and provided whatever information and/or help that we needed. Little extras such as an electric kettle, beach chairs that were higher off the ground, beautiful dishes and cooking ware, accessible shower and and wonderful recliners were very much appreciated. We're excited to return next year.

Great condo on the beach at Redington Shores. We have stayed here a number of times now and hope to be back again soon. We loved watching the dolphins and sunset from the balcony.

Beautiful Condo - Wonderful Views!

We had such a wonderful time - loved the condo and the owners were so responsive every time we had a question! Condo is in a great location - the beach is amazing!! We got to see dolphins from the balcony and from the beach! Many wonderful memories were made and we definitely will consider this condo again!

Spring break family beach vacation

We had the most wonderful week at the beach in this condo! Barry and Lauren were lovely and responsive hosts and the condo is just as pictured. I can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay! We look forward to coming back next year.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in this area. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for preparing meals.Huge TV in the living room with a great picture. Strong WiFi, abundant hot water and water pressure.The view is spectacular from the 4th floor condo to view the Gulf and the fabulous sunsets. A big plus for us is that it's on the other end of the building from the pool so you don't get the noise like other buildings we have stayed at. Redington Shores is less congested than Madeira Beach and Treasure Island so you can actually make a left turn out the the lot. Numerous grocery stores are all within a 10-15 min drive. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Lauren and Barry purchased this beachfront corner unit with Barry's parents so they can spend time enjoying the beach and also to share as a rental property when we are not enjoying it as a family. We hope you fall in love with the condo and the beach as we have.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This big, bright beachfront corner unit has the best views in the building! Located in beautiful Redington Shores with wide, soft, white sand beach. There is a large heated beachfront pool with bathroom facilities, outdoor showers, BBQs, Tiki huts and pool loungers. There is also a newly paved tennis court and we provide tennis rackets and balls.

Jacuzzi tub with heater in master! Electric fireplace and power reclining sofa in living room!
Brand new shower in guest bath panel with massaging body jets and rainfall showerhead!
