Great Condo, love the view of both the Gulf and the bay. The crosswalk over the street was a great touch. We will be staying here again.

I love the whole set up the pools and hot tubs was awesome not to mention the sauna, wasn't directly on the beach but close enough to hear the Waves crashing at night my wife and friends really enjoyed it so did I, we will be visiting again!!!

Floors were so dirty we had to wear out shoes the whole time. Even our socks got dirty Other than that overall a good place great views. Would have been nice to have a table on the balconyWe would stay again

The armbands for the amenities were not in our room so that caused a delay. The condo could have been cleaner, I think the cleaners are just doing a quick pass and not mopping, vacuuming or dusting in the corners of the floors or the counters effectively. The balcony could use a/or some small tables. The sponge and dish soap provided are terrible and don’t actually get anything clean which is probably why we found some unclean dishes in the cabinets. Overall the property and the pools are nice and convenient.

Crystal Towers Gulf Shores

Loved our stay once again! We stayed at Crystal Towers two years ago and loved it so we knew that's where we'd stay this time. The location is great but my kids love the skywalk to the pool/lazy river and then access to the beach. The condo also has another outdoor and indoor pool, which is great! My older son loves the gym and my husband loves the sauna. It's the perfect place for our family. Will definitely return ❤️

Overall, the trip was very good easy parking. Pool was all clean kids enjoy the pool very well. The gym and the sauna was accommodating. Host communicated with need to. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
