Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants sur la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbqing. Restez dans notre unité Premium et payez moins que le prix choisi !!!



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 14ème étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître. Il y a deux lits queen dans la 2ème chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour une occupation jusqu'à 8. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles de salon, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

We really enjoyed our stay. Two pros: the master bed was very comfortable and the check in and check out process was seamless. Two cons: we thought the patio furniture was cheap (it wasn't the most comfortable set to sit and enjoy the ocean) and there was mold on the shower curtain liner in the second bedroom.

The condo was great. We had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and hot tub were not warm in March but we didn’t necessarily come for that. Would definitely stay there again.

Light switch in guest room very dirty. Shower curtain in guest room had mold on it. Fan in guest room was dusty so couldn’t turn it on. Also, bed covers in guest room were very flimsy and uncomfortable. The living room recliner against window wouldn’t stay not reclined so if you sat in that seat, recliner always out. Not a bad property, just needs some TLC.

Minor fixes would have made our stay even better (patio door was difficult to open and close, doors unable to lock for master bedroom, two lamps needed new lightbulbs).

It was clean and great location , beautiful view. They are doing maintenance on 2 of the 4 elevators so it took Awhile to get around.

Beach visit

Overall the stay and condo was as advertised. However, for a VRBO property I expected a higher level of basic necessities. The bath towels were closer to a motel quality standard and the limit of one toilet paper roll per bathroom is a problem when there are four people sharing a condo for 5 days. Especially when three of the guests are women. Otherwise the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. But I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and I’ve never had such poor quality towels and toilet paper.
