• The property faces Sydney Harbour. In the afternoon the southerly winds can get strong and the large glass doors should be closed during these times.

• Talk to us about the Spa/Hot Tub; depending on the time of year and length of stay, additional costs may apply.

• Parking will be available on the forecourt for one small vehicle. The garage and EV charger are not available to guests.

• Pets are not allowed due to proximity to National Park.
