Perfect Vacation House!

We loved this property! It was spacious and in a great location. The shared pool is a little small but the location to the beach made up for it. Would totally stay here again!

Very nice property for a family beach vacation. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. Lots of bathrooms. We all loved hanging out on the balcony when we weren't at the beach or pool. The beach was a short walk and conveniently close to a crosswalk with stoplight. The pool was never overcrowded. The area was quiet and everyone we met was polite. Checking in and out was very easy.

We enjoyed our vacation while staying at this townhouse. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and kinda tucked in behind the main road. We liked how close the community pool was to our house and that the beach access was just across the street. The house itself is very nice. The beds are comfy, the appliances are up to date, and the bathrooms and bedrooms feel roomy. The only complaint we had was the overall cleanliness of the house and the lack of cooking supplies. If you plan to eat out for the majority of your stay, then you won’t have any issue at all with the supplies. However, if you’re like us and want to cook a few nights out of the week, then be prepared to need a few things. As for the cleanliness, it was mainly just small things that we noticed: popcorn under the bed (our kids dropped a toy and we had to get it), fake fingernails left on the carpet, and hairs throughout the drawers and cabinets in the bathrooms. Overall, though, we would recommend this place and would return if given the chance.

House not so great

The house was not very clean when we arrived. Dirty dishes in the sink, toilets were not clean, all the deck furniture was inside the living room with bird poop on every piece of furniture and there was a big patch of black mold in one of the bathrooms upstairs. We called the property management company and they sent someone out to clean.

Amazing Home!

This home is located in a quiet little neighborhood directly across the street from public beach access. Sadly, there is no beach view due to the condo across the street, but that didn’t damper our mood. The pool is relatively small, but you can easily see it from the spacious balcony. The house itself is nice and well-appointed with all the necessities. The main floor bathroom was a wonderful feature so that no one had to go upstairs just for bathroom access. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have attached bathrooms along with a hall bathroom. The bedrooms are roomy, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, and dishes along with a crock pot, a coffee pot, and a Keurig-style coffee maker. There are no spices or any type of basic food items in the home, so you will need to purchase those if you plan to cook a meal. We had 10 people in the home, and it never felt crowded or uncomfortable in any way. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Gulf Shores.

5 stars for sure! Absolutely loved the property, everything was clean. We could see our kids in the pool from balcony so that's a plus. We will be back!
