It is an apartment of 2 bedrooms. Your booking is for 1 room as it's a shared accommodation and the other room is already occupied. It is ideal for single individual or young couple.

The living room is very large and comes with a tv/cable, island with bar chairs, full kitchen with all accessories etc.

This space is a lower floor apartment that provides an escape to unmatched luxury. The backyard opens up to a trail used for cycling and outdoor walks.
The apartment is just 3 minutes drive to the Queen Elizabeth highway (Deerfoot Trail), 15 minutes drive to the Calgary International Airport and 25 minutes drive to downtown Calgary.

The basement apartment was clean and well organized. The apartment had a television, well equipped kitchen, a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen, and reliable internet that we used during our stay. We stayed in the apartment for 10 nights. There are two bedrooms and ample closet space.The apartment is conveniently located close to a paved walking/running trail that connected to Chinook Winds park. The walk out basement door opens to a concrete patio and a path up to a fence at the front of the house. The walk-out entrance/exit was very convenient. The owner provided us with a parking space in the driveway.We would definitely stay in this apartment again. We enjoyed the accommodations and the location. The owner was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and during the time we were in the apartment.

Host is very good at communicating and easy to work with.Property listing is not up to date. There is no hot tub and not wheelchair friendly.Garbage was left outside piled up and freezer was not cleaned out. Stove did not work.
