Our host was very welcoming, giving us all the instructions and leads on places to eat and see. The house was very cozy and the fenced yard was a plus for our two cocker spaniels. The house was fully stocked with anything we needed. The back patio was lovely.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

The house is as pictured - comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything needed. Nice outside space and great host! The location is perfect - really enjoyed being able to leave the car parked and walk to Whiskey Row and dining. All in all we had a great stay. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

This was the perfect property to stay at with 2 older small dogs. The fenced in yards were amazing and very secure. The front porch swing was comfortable and my favorite outdoor spot to sit. The living room and bedroom were spacious and comfortable, with lots of warm blankets and games. Everything was clean and the hosts thought of everything. Overall amazing stay will definitely want to stay here again.

Such a cute comfortable home! The bed was comfortable and the pillows perfect. Great size walk in shower for my 6'3" husband with great water pressure and temp. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Wonderful outdoor space to relax and fenced for your furry family or kids. And plenty of off street parking which is a premium in Prescott. We would definitely stay here again!

My two pups and I stayed in this fabulous property for close to a week and I was so happy with my choice. The property is beautiful and an easy walk to downtown Prescott’s shops, restaurants, and famous Whiskey Row. Super comfy beds, plenty of towels, and wonderfully appointed kitchen - perfection! Bonus points for the huge paved private parking lot - I had a 20-ft. U-Haul and parking was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Loved this property! Small but well appointed. Master bedroom bed/sheets were cozy. We didn’t do any cooking other than evening wine and morning coffee but it seemed to have all of the necessities. Front and back yard was fenced in for our small dogs. Backyard patio was spacious with lots of seating. 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, bars. House was just charming and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

The BEST VRBO Vacation Rental EVER

We took a trip to Prescott to get out of the VALLEY HEAT to play golf and have a great time. This adorable home was FULLY stocked with everything you need. Just bring your toothbrush. The home has an amazing backyard with a grill and tons of places to sit. We grilled out and it was a perfect place to enjoy Prescott's amazing weather and the smell of pine trees. My favorite thing was the front porch swing. It was so relaxing. The mattresses are so comfortable and the pillows. We slept so well. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I can tell an interior decorator decorated this home as there was so much attention to detail. We had the windows open and enjoyed the breeze. Plenty of parking - almost as big as a small parking lot. My most favorite VRBO ever! The person in charge even let me have a later check out time. This place is PERFECT! I highly recommend staying here! We loved everything!!!!!
