Relax and unwind at this peaceful 3-bedroom holiday home in beautiful Kioloa, NSW, perfectly located between the bush and the beach.
Watch kangaroos and native birds from your fully fenced front yard, park your boat or cars securely, and enjoy the privacy of being opposite Murramarang National Park.
Inside, the home is light, spacious, and comfortable — featuring a brand-new bathroom, a bunk and TV room for kids, and multiple cozy spaces to relax. Enjoy a quiet read in the cozy sunroom in the swing chair, soak in the outdoor bathtub, or gather around by the outdoor fire.
Families and pets are welcome! Both front and backyards are fully fenced for safe play. The house includes:
-A fully equipped kitchen
-Fresh linen and towels provided
-Laundry room for longer stays
-Books, games, toys, and beach gear
-2 bikes for exploring the coast (on request, free of charge)
-Extra blankets and firewood supplied
- ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms and aircon in the kids bunk room. Air conditioning in the living area.

Great house, close to the beach and cafe. Host was very responsive and helpful. Well appointed house, comfy beds and beautiful native gardens. Would highly recommend.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement


I enjoy taking in the local sights by bike with the newly built cycle tracks that connect Kioloa to Bawley Point and Merry Beach, perfect for a café stop too. I love the area for the hikes as Murramarang National Park has so much to offer.
The boat Jetty 1km away from the house makes going out fishing easy. 30 min drive to Batemans Bay and to Mogo for the zoo and the awesome Mountain Bike tracks. Just so much to do and also the area makes it east to slow down and connect with nature and the village life.

All the local beaches are dog friendly. Some are off leash and the rest will be on leash. So plenty of options to keep you dog/s with you.
